"A great solution to communicate effectively with our users"
5/5
What do you like best about Jimo?

Jimo has really helped us bridge a gap we had in communicating directly with our clients through our platform. We now have a simple, flexible way to share updates, collect feedback, and communicate during releases.

It saves us time, reduces the number of support tickets we receive, and enables us to understand better how our users interact with our product.

We particularly appreciate how easy it is to manage communications and feedback campaigns, the regular product updates, and the responsiveness of the support team. The integration with HubSpot is also a real plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jimo?

There isn’t much to dislike - we’ve been very happy so far. Some advanced analytics features could be further developed and personalisation related to translation, but the team is always listening and iterating quickly, which makes us confident for the future. "Great tool for driving feature adoption and discovery"
4/5
What do you like best about Jimo?

Quick and easy to build new tours and modals.

They have a variety of different tools depending on your use case, I'm still discovering new ways to implement them into our software.

I like being able to build and preview our tours within our platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jimo?

Using segments and events can be a little finicky and requires a lot of testing to make sure it's working correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jimo?

I haven't really found any "less useful" things. I mostly use the Hints & Product tour part, in our use case we don't need more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An easy tool to help users navigate your platform"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Jimo?

It is more or less easy to configure and to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jimo?

Bugs are deceiving because I loose my time. Although not all the necessary features are present, I can see that the product progresses and the feature I need in the end of June was added in the beginning of July without me even having asked for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
