**What do you like best about Jimdo?**

the ease of tools for novice users and not experts designers

**What do you dislike about Jimdo?**

template designs are quite limited, one would expect renewals at least once a year

**What problems is Jimdo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

have an administration tool for my websites for me who are not expert users

**What do you like best about Jimdo?**

What I like best is that it is a very intuitive tool. You can easily build a website or shop within seconds without any programming knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Jimdo?**

What I dislike is that even with an upgraded (paid) version, it does not include all necessary functions that for example an Online Shop needs. For example the payment methods are limited and if one wants to integrate a payment provider like Stripe one has to pay for it on top. Plus, the payment providers one can implement are limited, so one cannot choose any payment provider.

**What problems is Jimdo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We  build a website for the soccer team at our university.

**What do you like best about Jimdo?**

Very easy to manage pages, construction, and eCommerce features. Very easy to link other facets of my business' digital footprint.

**What do you dislike about Jimdo?**

Store is limited to Paypal and Stripe payment processing: eCommerce sites lack versatility. 

**Recommendations to others considering Jimdo:**

Great place to start, especially if you don't have/need knowledge of web codes.

**What problems is Jimdo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Web-store. Ecommerce.
