## About Influitive

## Influitive Reviews
  ### 1. wouldnt recommend for company based gamification, its ok for external

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

the options to create challenges, and the potential to target advocates based on a bunch of criteria that leverages boolean logic.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

the need to define every thing as an advocate, and no ability to create groups of people that all fit a profile who can be targeted.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the ability to alert folks with new content that is posited as a challenge, which they get rewarded for, and improved engagement with new content in real time.

  ### 2. Excellent, Nearly OOTB Product for Customer Communities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

The platform's flexibility in terms of what can be rewarded (e.g. 3rd party integrations with Zoom, Gainsight, Pendo) and automating rewards via Sendoso are powerful foundations for automation in the community. These integrations helps us focus on more critical items such as creating new content, challenges, and experiences for our members instead of manually rewarding them for desired behaviors.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Not much. So far, the team has been excellent in guiding us through our launch. Between our phenomenal customer success representatives and the consulting services we purchased we feel highly supported in advance of our launch.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are creating an "owned media channel" to reach and engage our customers in a low-cost, high-frequency manner. Advocacy is one benefit we hope to realize as part of the program. Others include incentivizing certain types of meetings with Customer Success, taking training courses, responding to questions in the community and more.

  ### 3. I love that I can create a custom community through Influitive, it's a great company to work with!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Each hub has customizable options to make it look and feel how you want it to. I like that Influitive provides a hub for brand administrators to actively participate in to see how your members would interact with your hub. Influitive is constantly improving its platform to make brand administrators' lives even better.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Reporting is continually improved on, but sometimes I still struggle with it. Our Customer Success Manager can always help me figure out how to display the data in the reports if I cannot figure it out.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

It's a great company to work with!

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Influitive lets us connect with our customers more personally than our typical transactions. We get to learn about their likes, dislikes and have them participate in testing new products for us. It's also a great way to share what's going on with our company with our customers.

  ### 4. The best platform to authentically build a customer advocates and a community!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

The best thing about Influtivie is that it is easy to navigate and make changes on the fly! I can publish challenges for as little or as long as I want, plus I can ensure my advocates see the top challenges or the challenges I want them to see in their digest emails.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

I wouldn't say I dislike anything, but one area that can be challenging is viewing completed challenges and seeing the responses could be better instead of clicking into each challenge.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Influitive, we are solving for the lack of community. Influitive has helped us build our community of advocates that we can reach out to for many different reasons, whether product pilots, speakers, events, etc. This community is helping us understand our customers better.

  ### 5. A great platform for our community!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie H. | Customer Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

The platform has changed a lot and for the better. There are so many things to do in Influitive, and it has been great to understand our customers more and allow them to engage in deeper conversations and discussions.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

The UI for admins isn't as pleasing to engage with as other platforms. It would be nice for it to be more user friendly, but the certification course also helps with some of these factors.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to build a community of advocates who can share their experiences with other users and how they interact with our platform. We realized that this has been great because it enables us to see other use cases that customers have since our platform can be used in many ways.

  ### 6. Amazing platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rita C. | Senior Customer Marketing Programs Manager @, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

I love this platform, you have a lot of amazing features and the best thing is that Influitive always release new update. Every month we always have something new to use and the last couple of updates are really beneficial for the platform.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Nothing, at the moment everything is good!

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since the Lenses update, I am able to finally show regional teams what their advocates can see based on target. We've had a big increase in all the the metrics!

  ### 7. Unique experience that drives engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

I love the concept of having all calls to action in one centralized location. There is so much information that we all receive on a daily basis so to have an incentivized reason to come to Influitive really helps keep our employees engaged and informed.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

There are a couple consistent kinks that we run into but we know the workarounds and the support and implementation teams are always fast to respond and solve any issues.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Influitive to power 2 hubs- one internal for employees and one external for customers. While there is cross over between the two, there are different sets of goals and Influitive helps us meet both.

  ### 8. Best of Breed Engaging Advocacy Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon A. | Customer Advocacy Marketing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

The Influitive Advocacy platform is probably the best out there in terms of features and functionality, flexibility and ease of use, supported by granular and detailed reporting that helps to see the value of what your advocates are helping you to achieve. The platform comes with some good customization features "out of the box", but if you want to really go to town, the Influitive team is on hand to help tailor the platform as you want. More importantly, Influitive really does act on feedback, and in the last 12 months, I have seen so many new rich features released that have helped community managers provide a much better experience to advocates. With integration with SFDC, Eloqua and Marketo, Influitive takes advocacy to even higher levels!

There's no better to testament than advocate comments, and so far, the feedback has been extremely positive, with customers citing new levels of engagement, improved levels of communication, the discovery of new product features and functions that customers did not realize existed, and the ability to get involved in all sorts of new activities they couldn't get access to before, such as taking part in videos, promotional marketing activities and having some fun at the same time. Influitive really has been a game-changer for us.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

For a new community manager experiencing Influitive for the first time, it can be quite overwhelming as there are a lot of things that need to be learned in order to take advantage of the platform in full. But once you get to grips with it, you'll fly. There are a few quirks with the system you'll discover such as the email system is really lacking, and the discussion forums could really do with an overhaul. The reference system is being improved which is good news.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The engagement we have with customers and the levels of interaction with them has been significant. What's more important, is that customers feel more engaged with us, and feel a better connection. The Influitive platform is making a difference to our objectives of longer-term customer loyalty.

  ### 9. Excellent customer success team holds our hand the whole way

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

I would say the best part about the Influitive team is their commitment to customer success beyond launch. We have regularly set up calls with our rep, they are always offering to help, they are great at thinking outside the box for meeting our needs, and I don't think I've ever heard them say a straight-up No because when there's a will there'salways a way. I should also mention that we're not a company that's flush with cash so we're not paying for tons of extra bells and whistles, their customer success team is truly trying hard to help.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

This isn't necessarily an Influitive issue, but more of an issue of the expectations I had of our customers: It's very challenging to get them to engage in meaningful ways. Our internal hub management team is always working on new and improved ways to deliver our platform to our customers, and help them understand the value of it, but it's not the silver bullet that we secretly hoped it would be.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are working with Influitive on our Zoho integrations, Zoho being the CRM that we use. We don't have a lot of problems there, but that's the one thing that isn't as seamless as it could be.

On the benefits side, one of the first things we were able to gather and take advantage of was new case studies. That's been a wonderful benefit that we have been very happy about!

  ### 10. Customer Advocacy Platform That Is Easy To Use and Drive Results

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

The customer advocacy platform takes a bit of getting used to but then is easy to use, and a great platform to engage customers. It' helps us connect with our customers and is a fantastic tool that makes it easy to reward customers.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

There are no major flaws. It takes a bit of getting used to be able to navigate but once you've got your head around it it's easy to use and add a lot of value.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using the platform to consistently engage a wide group of our customers, understand them better, and reward them for acts of advocacy. We're not yet at the stage where we can quantify business value-driven from this.

  ### 11. Influitive has been so valuable for our business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

We've been a customer since 2014 and Influitive has brought immense value to our company and customers. We love how it's constantly changing and updating, and the 1-1 experience with our account manager to help us grow our program has been so helpful. The integration with Salesforce has been great as well.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

I'm not a huge fan of Influitive's reporting, it's not the easiest to understand.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're looking to build a stronger community with our customers, to give them a channel to share their thoughts and feedback around our product.

  ### 12. Wonderful community platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tara L. | Marketing manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Wonderful at providing creative ideas to bolster advocacy and sync loyalty with our other platforms.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Custom additions can be expensive if you are looking to add extra features of even change the look of your HQ.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wonderful way to create a hub for your customers.

  ### 13. Enables Meaningful Connections In Real Time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2018

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive provides an AdvocateHub that's user-friendly and customizable for admins. The functionality allows us to engage with our clients in a thoughtful and meaningful way in real-time. I also appreciate that Influitive is willing to hear feedback, share it internally, and derive a solution that will deliver an enhanced experience (ex: add functionality that will reduce the time spent on maintenance activities as an admin).

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Support team responses have been a challenge this year. On the flip side, I shared my concerns with our dedicated account team and they quickly created a plan to rectify our challenges.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

Think about your internal business units that you could support using Influitive's technology and identify KPIs that could be achieved (ex. time saved, fewer touchpoints, etc.). Plan out the journey you want your users to experience once they join. Do you expect them to be with you for 30 days, one year, three years, five years?

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to have a unique channel to engage with our customers to deliver content that would help them build their product knowledge, provide feedback in real-time, promote their personal and professional brand and to provide exclusive opportunities. As a result, we've saved hours of low-value work for our associates.

  ### 14. A Handy Resource For Community Engagement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tejas S. | Marketing - Community & Content Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

I would rate 10/10 for the support the team provides. I quite like the in-built collection of templates for challenges and campaigns - they come in very handy when I run out of ideas to engage my enthusiastic community. The platform is quite intuitive once you familiarize yourself with terminologies. They do have an Institute section that trains you extensively on the product too. I also like that it's constantly evolving.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

It's been two months since I have been using Influtive for nearly 4 hours daily as part of my job, and I don't have complaints. Sure there is room for enhancements as I explore the tool more, and the product development team has been appreciative of the feedback.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have employed Influtive to run our community of business intelligence practitioners. Influitive is a perfect end-to-end solution for such a need. It takes care of everything, pretty much.
- Emails for various stages in the user journey
- Daily activity creation
- Sections for long-form content
- Rewards & integrations
- Analytics

  ### 15. A Great Way To Systematize Community Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

It's an intuitive interface that makes it easy to create and share content.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

There's no perfect science when it comes to community engagement and measuring success. Influitive does a great job providing the right tools, but you still need a great strategy and robust business alignment. In other words - the only thing to dislike is that the software doesn't take all of the guesswork out of things! ;)

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Growing an engaged community with a clear way to measure and understand the health of the community and its impact on the business.

  ### 16. Make Customer Advocacy a Win with Influitive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary G. | Owner & Customer Marketing and Advocacy Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

The focus on advocacy, the support from the team, and education available to be successful.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

It takes some time to learn the system as with any advanced tool.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brining advocates and customers together.

  ### 17. Great service and opportunity to hear from customers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

I love the ability to create challenges for customers and ensure they are learning.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

I wish that it was easier to plug into different services/had the opportunity to customize emails

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

Walk through a demo and request case studies to show how it improved other businesses

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are learning about what our customers like and dislike about our service.

  ### 18. ReferenceEdge Makes Customer Marketing Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

I like the flexibility to add attributes and tag content. When customer data is coming in from multiple teams and sources, it's a lifesaver to have a central repository to track reference use and to be able to identify reference customers.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

It is difficult to get sales teams onboarded for self-service. Sometimes there are glitches between browser types, but looking forward to the SFDC Lightning upgrade.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying customer references and tracking reference use

  ### 19. Influitive is the right choice for your customer advocacy program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

- The best way to connect with customers and put content in front of them quickly
- Easy DM system for you to stay in touch with members and send automated messages
- Gamified system and ability to swap points for rewards
- Reference system that connects with Salesforce

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Their salesforce package does not have a certification yet. There are enough benefits where we can look past that.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Allowing customers to engage with marketing assets quickly
- Social sharing and ROI tracking
- Reference program

  ### 20. Great platform!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Easy to connect with customers and to connect them with each other. Has helped surface potential risks earlier than we might find out otherwise.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Nothing major enough to spike out here. The tool is constantly being updated, which is all you can ask for from a SaaS product.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Central customer platform. Ease of referenceability.

  ### 21. Fantastic tool for use with both customers and employees

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

I had used Influitive in the past as a member of an employee hub, and it was such a great tool that I championed bringing it to my current company. It has helped us with onboarding, sharing, and engaging employees, as well as increasing our social profile. We also use it as a customer hub, and it does a fantastic job of handling our surveys, reference programs, training, and creating engaged advocates.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Nothing really comes to mind - everything was great from the purchase, implementation and use of the tool.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engagement within the employee base, training and knowledge sharing, as well as increasing our social footprint.

  ### 22. building and engaging a customer community

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Security and Investigations | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive provides an always-on tool for engaging with customers

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

The need for customers to use the same password on multiple hubs

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are building relationships, and, in turn, our customers are helping us build our brand through advocacy.

  ### 23. Hidden gem for Customer Marketing Teams!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

The Influitive platform has been so great for us. As a small team of 2 customer marketers in a large organization, it's been the exact solution we've needed to unlock more advocates and help support cross-functional activities in Marketing. It's also really allowed us to be able to uplevel our Ambassador program and enables us to have a sense of community and engagement. In contrast, before, we were just sending them standard monthly newsletters. Now they can interact and get excited by completing challenges, all while meeting their peers in the same network to learn and share from each other.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

I don't really have a specific thing I dislike about Influitive, at least not yet. I would say it does take a lot of time and dedication into implementing the platform which at times I felt took away from my day to day responsibilities but honestly the implementation time and the effort you put into it upfront is so worth it later on to help build the best possible advocacy program for your customers. It pays off in the long run, I would say.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

Ensure you have time and the team to dedicate to onboarding and implementing Influitive. It is quite the haul of effort and you need a good support team.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through Influitive, we're now able to do some cool reporting on advocacy engagement since we have a formal tool to measure this with. We can now allow Ambassadors to communicate with each other in the platform, something we didn't have before. We can use the platform to help us source advocates to fuel other marketing opportunities! It's too early to tell what benefits we have realized, but we're already seeing some crazy adoption numbers from our first 2 weeks of launch which is already such a great sign!

  ### 24. The best place to create connections and advocacy for virtual events

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

I like the countless possibilities of activities to engage with the event attendants, going beyond the traditional chat.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

There is no visual lineup with schedule, a feature most needed in Virtual Events hubs. I need to accept all the sessions to set up in my personal agenda.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit is to create an engaging virtual experience that doesn't exist in other hubs.

  ### 25. Helps You Manage Your Advocates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

It's easy to create challenges, update content and publish challenges. The CSM I have managing my account is great! She is really helpful, responsive, sweet, and sharp! She really does make a big difference and is really helpful!

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Sometimes there is a lag time with querying or targeting to your groups. If it doesn't target then you can't send out the challenge notification to your advocates.

The preview functionality has gone from really great to worse, because one cannot just click on the link from the preview screen like you could before to make sure the links all work, etc. You have to click on edit, grab the link within the challenge, test it using a new tab, then re-save or get out of it, then schedule or send your notification. This takes way more steps and time to do which doesn't make sense.

When you clone the challenge, it keeps prompting you that you're also cloning your targeting and you click yes, don't show me again, but pop up will still come up every time.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me manage my advocates, send out challenges to engage them, track who they are in the community.

**Official Response from Alex Ruddock:**

> Thank you so much for your feedback!

We're happy to say that there should no longer be any lag time in targeting and that the prompt after cloning a challenge has also been resolved.

As for previews, we would love to learn more about your preferences in our customer community: https://community.influitive.com/

Please post any feedback you have on existing features or ideas for our roadmap there.

If you ever have other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact your CSM or our support team!

  ### 26. Superior products with even better service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2018

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive delivers! From a streamlined customer experience both for admins and our customers to rich personalization and customization to deep reporting options, AdvocateHub makes my job so much easier.

As a company, the team at Influitive gets it!

Not only do they go above and beyond with their support and success teams, they continually reinvest into product innovation and better service.

An advocate community and advocacy platform is a crucial part of any well-executed advocacy plan. While you most likely won't rely on it for every single need you have, with Influitive AdvocateHub, you very well could.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

If there are any small issues that arise, which has rarely happned in the last seven years of service with them, Influitive's team is most likely already aware and working on a solution. If not, they are very open to suggestions and work to quickly model improvements.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

If you're an advocate marketer and you're not using Influitive, you're missing out.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We strive to place our customers at the center of all that we do, and Influitive’s AdvocateHub makes it possible in many different ways. We're able to listen to customer needs, curate and take action on quality feedback, offer unique customer experiences, increase customer satisfaction and retention, gather user-directed content, drive customer success initiatives and more. AdvocateHub allows us to accomplish much more than we could before, and in a lot of ways allows us to accomplish new feats based on strategic feedback from the Influitive team, all at the click of a button.

  ### 27. Genuinely enjoy using this platform

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive makes connecting with your customers very easy. The fact that you are able to gamify the whole experience makes it 10x more fun for the customer. Due to this platform, we have been able to cultivate super-users/customers that step up for any advocacy opportunities.

On the admin side, Influitive has been very helpful in receiving product feedback, finding beta testers, as well as pushing out new company/product information.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

While this is not necessarily an issue, I do sometimes wish that the admin user experience flow could be smoother. You have to click through a lot of tabs/categories to get to your desired destination.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving for connectivity with our customer with Influitive. It goes to say that it has been a welcome tool in our environment as it continuously allows us to stay in touch with our customers without having to mass email everyone.

We recently adopted the reference management feature of Influitive (have not started using this feature just yet). By adding this feature to our Influitive platform, we have been able to consolidate our reference program to wholly exist within one tool vs 2 siloed tools.

  ### 28. I like the platform, but it does not perform as well as desired.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

the explore more reporting tools are far too complicated

  ### 29. An easy to use and administer user community

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive gives us the ability to interact with our customers and allow them to interact with each other in a way that they weren't able to before.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Some aspects of the tool require a high level of knowledge for use. We have found that having a dedicated resource for the care and feeding of the community is essential.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Influitive allows us to share advanced practice knowledge of our products with our customers, information that would not be appropriate for prospects. In addition, Influitive gives our customers the ability to network with each other and ask each other questions.

  ### 30. Strong Virtual Conference - Great Learnings!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt M. | Customer Marketing Team Lead, Americas, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Topics and speakers were excellent and the content remains 'on demand for some time. Very well organized and focused. I took many tips and ideas out of the presentations ready to implement with my team, and if that isn't the hallmark of a great conference, I don't know what is! I made some great connections with like-minded individuals which will certainly bear fruit down the road.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

The only real downside to the conference was that interaction between attendees was not as robust as I would have liked. There were also challenges with the schedule itself - lots of pre-recorded sessions with 'live' follow-up for Q & A partially to accommodate a global audience, and partially due to practicality.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lots of problems are being addressed. We're actively boosting engagement with our customer base through a fun and valuable platform. Our customer references from a usage perspective have increased significantly, and we're finding new ways of getting more product and usage insight from our customers, allowing us to better segment and target for awareness and lead generation campaigns. Influitive provides a way to engage with customers in a way that is conducive to increased conversation and deeper relationship growth. It knocks down walls of suspicion and 'marketing speak' and allows for genuine, authentic connection with our customers.

  ### 31. Influitive + Influitive Virtual EventHub is fantastic!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda S. | Customer Advocacy Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2018

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

It allows you to be really creative, and it's fun to come up with challenges/campaigns. Also a great platform for getting to know your customers better, but in an automated and streamlined way. I love being a part of VIP, which is Influitive's AdvocateHub for their customers, because you can easily connect with other customer marketers and learn how to better use the product.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

It can take a bit of time investment to make the program worth it, but once you have that down, I think it does pay off in the long run. I think Influitive works best if you can have at least one person on your team where managing it is the main part of their job, which makes it hard if you're a smaller company.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

Influitive is the best. Working with their staff feels like a partnership and they continually are improving their product, taking feedback, and involving their customers in the process. If you're considering a platform for customer advocacy or community, I'd highly recommend them as they really are the leaders in this space. Influitive has changed my career path and helped me gain a lot of great skills and knowledge I wouldn't have otherwise, simply by being involved in their customer community and using their product every day.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Influitive helps to automate parts of customer marketing, while making it fun for me as the marketer, and our customers! It's helped us to engage and delight our customers, while getting things like more reviews and referrals. I love providing an online community for our customers to interact with each other and with our employees. It helps us easily identify and recognize customers that really love us and want to work with us to make our product better.

  ### 32. Great tool for customer marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura O. | Corporate Marketing Manager - Customer Advocacy & Evidence, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2017

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

The platform is really easy to use for both start up and maintenance. They offer a wide variety of templates for those starting out, which is a great source for idea generation. The ability to interact with our customers year-round, keeping them both engaged and feeling valued is a huge benefit to the platform. We've seen tremendous value and uptick in customer engagement and positive feedback since taking the Influitive platform back in-house.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

At times we have had little bugs from time to time in reporting and notifications. Though there are a few issues here, the support staff is always quick to respond and very helpful and professional.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A centralized place for our customers to land for insider information and related content sharing. We've had an easier time communicating with our customers and keeping them engaged, informed and feeling valued throughout the year.

  ### 33. Industrial best Customer Engagement Advocate, recommended for B2B companies

Best thing is, it's easier to manage our loyal customers, referrals and case studies, also engagement is simplified with " Influitive ". Therefore it's marketing platform help us to improve to our social media engagements. Like promote our social media posts, gather customer replies, recommendations, reviews with collecting referrals.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Not much, we tested on couple of our mobile devices and iPads, but overall experience is little bit low. I thinks mobile experience should be improve.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

Overall experience is impressive. This is the 1st product which we use in this category. I can say that, we met our requirements with " Influitive ".

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I said we had difficulties with customer engagement for our special requirements, like Information Security, Cyber Security peoples. With graphs and analysis it is more convenient when we do product releases with better understand with customers.
Also there is a very important one thing, is we get quickly customer feedback's for manage our orders.

  ### 34. Best hub for Advocacy Marketing!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Its easy to use, to find the new features and to test them. Also, It's clear that customer like the usability and how easy it is to see the point they have and how to rescue the rewards we offer.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

The support its not really fast as it could be.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With influitive we have data about our most engaged customers and build surveys that helps us understand their perceptions about new features. Also, the referral strategie became more effective.

  ### 35. Influitive Virtual EventHub Gets A++++

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carol D. | Customer Engagement and Advocacy Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Registration was easy and I appreciated the session calendar holds that were sent as I signed up for sessions pre-event. The sessions were relevant and informative - not just cheer-leading sessions lead by an Influitive team member, but useful takeaways I could apply to my hub. There was a good mix of presentation and fireside chat formats.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

While I did not experience this personally, some attendees had connectivity issues.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the Royals community as a gateway to obtain references, testimonials, feedback and as a way to amplify the customer voice throughout the organization. We engage our customer thru frequent touch points to customize their experience with Renaissance.

  ### 36. It was a fantastic 2 day experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rosie S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

The sessions provided me with a huge amount of thought and information, being fairly new to advocacy this helped me understand a bit more on how to get the most out of the platform

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

It would have been nicer to have had the sessions spread over maybe just an extra day as there were a huge amount I wanted to be a part of and actively ask questions but was unable to and then due to work I have only just a week later been able to circle back a rewatch sessions which is a little too late for my Q+A

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

This is a great platform that allows you to engage with customers in a fun open space

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Im trying to understand how to retain and increase engagement when the content is typically quite boring :P being a part of the fun session was really useful as it helped me to think outside the box around how we can make unexciting content thrilling.

  ### 37. Infulitive Helps Make Your Advocacy Program Shine

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paige M. | Customer Marketing Manager- Advocacy, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Infulitive allows all of our advocates to have one central location to interact with not only us but it also allows them a location to interact with other Genesys advocates. The platform also provides the gamification aspect of our advocacy program which our advocates love.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

With Genesys being a global company we have struggled a bit with the Infulitive program being truly global. Infulitive has recently added a multi language feature to their platform which is a step in the right direction however there is still room for improvement in features to make this product global.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using Infulitive it has allowed us a central location to reach our members of GCAP. This allows us to market, communicate, and target our advocates the way we would like to as a company. It also allows are advocates to have 24/7 access to each other which we were not able to provide before and had to rely on planned events.

  ### 38. Great way to connect with customers!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

The level of personalization that Influitive offers is great--challenges can even be brought to 1:1--we've used this degree of personalization for specific big "asks" of customers, and it's worked really well. Given how many different challenges and channels can be created, customers get a wide variety of ways in which they can engage and interact.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

The weekly digest doesn't currently allow admins to select which challenges get highlighted. As a result, some really valuable challenges don't get shared, and other more "fluffy" ones that we wouldn't want taking up real estate in the email get chosen. Also, admins are only allowed to choose between the digest being sent weekly or twice/week. We'd like more flexibility for when and how often the digest gets sent.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Influitive helps us identify promoters that might typically slip under the radar. It's enabled us to learn personal data points about specific customers that help us connect to them on a deeper level. Recruitment for high-value activities like joining our research group, doing a case study, or speaking with an analyst is much more streamlined thanks to Influitive.

  ### 39. Thorough and well-rounded platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam F. | C, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

I love the ability to tie discussions into challenges. It really makes the platform feel more well--rounded. There are several other platforms and tools out there that do one aspect of client community or advocacy well, but Influitive was really the only one that tied everything up into one seamless experience. It's really important to our community strategy to get our clients talking to one another to strengthen those bonds between clients, which really makes the community feel like a community and less like the company with a megaphone and the clients listening to us.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

I'd like for the conditional logic to be a bit better on group membership. I pull values in from Salesforce to add people to groups, and I have to do all my logic with SF workflow rules and custom fields because the only filtering I can do in Influitive is picklist values. It's really not that big of a gripe, but it was something that I wasn't expecting to have to work around. Another thing that needs a bit more work is the integrated knowledge base. It's super new, so it's not quite up to par with more mature solutions out there, but I know it's getting some dev attention, so this is subject to change.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

Consider everything you need around client advocacy and make your decision from there. Influitive does a whole lot, which is nice for people who need one platform that does everything!

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to turn our clients into advocates, and that's exactly what Influitive has helped us do. We can mobilize our clients by asking them to review our products, become a reference, give testimonials, and more - all from the challenges in their platform.

  ### 40. Influitive Live Review- Shelby Major

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shelby M. | Advocate Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive Live was really a great event. It overall provided some amazing content and used their own platform in a fabulous way with every event being virtual.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

There was honestly nothing I disliked! I'm able to go back and watch sessions that I was unable to watch day of.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

I think that if you are getting into advocate marketing, or want to use advocate marketing in your company, Influitive is really the best way you can do that. There's no better option.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In this case, the problem solved was the inability to have a virtual event. Influitive made it possible to not only have a virtual event, but a great one.

  ### 41. great online conference. - shame real ones are not as good

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony r. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

they totally embrace getting attendees engaged. so good to see them using their own tools

they really got engagement right could have done a virtual network event

be nice to see information on product road map

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

running times purely because of being on a different continent

The lack of being able to download and watch at my pace sessions afterwards but have to watch a stream

because on line you miss the physical networking over a coffee or drink

be nice to see information on product road map

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

better engagement of sales staff and moving to customers next

how much work we have to do to get this right

  ### 42. Lots of functionality, still could be more intuitive to manage

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

I don't have a comparison here but I like the ability to give points for completing challenges, to configure what things get prioritized to see in the carousel, and the ability to create different channels. I like the look and layout as well. I like the reporting data and the ability to search on users to see how engaged they are.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

I wish users could search for challenges they want to revisit. I wish sending out invites to users took a few less clicks. I just created a video for my team yesterday to walk them through inviting new users because it is not intuitive and takes so many steps. I also wish we could dictate what is in everyone's carousel rather than it being dependent on whether someone completed a challenge that pops up there. I also wish the editing was a little easier and that you could embed images and videos directly by uploading a file.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are building out a lot of content and seeing customer engagement. Customers want somewhere where they can interact with each other to find use cases as well as a place to learn on their own. I like that we can have video content as well as written content or a combination of both. I like the different types of questions we can have for awarding points.

  ### 43. Flexible Community platform with excellent support and services teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** EIleen O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

With a little training, the admin panel of Influititive is fairly logical and easy to learn. The front-end customer-facing view provides a strong tool to present a good experience to community members, incluiding the Challenge feature.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

Out of the box performance reporting/dashboards are good, but going beyond to configure non-standardized reports is not easy IMO.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Really think this is a strong tool that presents our customers a great option on finding out more of what's going on with Sitecore, AND presents a good basis for them to be learning/sharing with each other. Though our community is recently deployed we expect to drive a higher level relationship with our customers, including being able to identify Sitecore advocates in the community to support our Customer Reference/Loyalists program.

  ### 44. Great Value for Customers, Internal Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive is a great channel for natural customer engagement. It allows you to gain a deeper understanding of how customers use your products and also can drive marketing opportunities. If you are looking to increase your product reviews, gain referrals from customers/trusted users, Influitive is a vendor worth considering. From a support perspective, you can leverage other customers' knowledge to help answer questions that other users may have.
We also used Influitive as a networking hub for a virtual event, which allowed attendees to interact with product experts as they would otherwise do at an in-person event. Attendees loved being able to have a virtual happy hour and network with other users at a time when many events were cancelled.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

It can be difficult to motivate some customers to use the platform beyond redeeming rewards. The system can be overbearing for customers if they do not have the appropriate settings for communication frequency. However, this is easily fixed if they do.
Some users also find the site to be challenging to navigate between pages, but this is solved by creating an easy-to-understand onboarding experience.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

My advice would be if you have complex products, Influitive is a great channel for customers to engage with fellow customers. It also can be valuable if you need to identify customers who you would like to advocate on behalf of your brand or provide testimonials showing the value of your products.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are driving excellent customer marketing and advocacy opportunities while providing customers a valuable user-to-user forum.

  ### 45. A great tool!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natasha E. | Marketing Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

I find the most helpful thing with Influitive is the training and resources. If I ever have an issue or need some inspiration for our hub, I can always find what I need in the Influitive hub. I also really love having our account manager on hand whenever I need something resolved/answered quickly.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

There isn't really anything I dislike, I guess it would be good to have more information around rewards and how best to decide which rewards we should chose to offer our users.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Influitive is helping us build relationships with our customers and create a strong chain to gain case studies and testimonials from customers.

  ### 46. A dynamic advocacy-fueling platform for a myriad of customer engagement opportunities!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariley R. | Digital Lifecycle Journey Manager - Advocacy & Data Center, EMEAR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

What I like the most about Influitive is that it is a clean platform, easy to navigate, and with clear instructions all around, even though it is equipped with everything you need to create meaningful engagements with customers. It also enables you to build upon it and develop various aspects of your hub further.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

- Reporting capabilities should be enhanced as a priority. Reporting should allow for more granular data exploration, including filtering by channels, challenge types, and advocacy types in every tab.
- Reporting should also allow for integration with other programs to help automate challenge data extractions (currently downloadable as individual files) and their compilation into a single data repository for further exploration.
- Admin view should be tiered to make sure the hub's settings and other important data central to its management are not accessible to everyone with admin access.
- Admin people should have a type access that stops them from earning any points even if they complete a challenge by mistake.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engaging with customers directly, getting messages and important information to them faster, making sure they get it, getting feedback directly from them on things that matter, and ultimately getting them to advocate for Cisco CX, having realised the value our side of the organisation, and specially digital, brings to them, this would be our biggest benefit. Of course, this is still work in progress, as customers are now starting to discover and engage with the Cisco CX product more and more, but that's where we are heading towards.

  ### 47. Good tool to help engage with customers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cait H. | Influencer Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive helps me in building relationships with our customers and fostering brand loyalty. The Influitive support team has been great.

I was grandfathered into Influitive after our company deployed it but we didn't really have the right person to own it. There was some internal conflict as it had been passed from person to person before I got here. I had a lot of opportunities to start where my team left off, as well as to make it my own and the support team really helped me do that.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

I can't think of anything I dislike about this tool.

I might say that the interface is a little clunky; it takes too many clicks, in my opinion, to be able to do most anything. But If I'm being completely honest, that probably has to do with how little we are actually utilizing it comparatively. Influitive as a whole has features and reports that I will probably never have the bandwidth to really dive into. Until we can have someone own this as their full-time job, we probably won't be able to use all the capabilities.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Influitive has given us a chance to interact more one-on-one with our loyal customers, build relationships with them, and get their feedback.

We just used Influitive to launch a live announcement for our customers, this was the first time we had ever done this. I was getting tons of messages after the fact about how much they enjoyed it. Even though it was a short announcement, they really appreciated the chance to be included and Influitive allowed us to make them feel special. It's been a great way to form relationships with customers whom I never would have met, if we didn't have this opportunity.

  ### 48. Influitive’s Software Was Integral to Building Out Our World-Class B2B Advocate Marketing Program

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark B. | Customer Advocacy Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive's AdvocateHub product is truly unique. It's effectively a white label hub, that you customize to suit the needs of your advocacy programs. Within every hub, you have a discussion forum where customers or other members interact with each other; a section for 'challenges' (which are games that you can have customers complete to help you achieve business goals or have fun); a rewards section where customers can redeem the points that they earn when completing challenges; and other areas for referrals or content hosting.

A few great resources at Influitive: their sales engineering and implementation team is fantastic, their Customer Success Department is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and their Support Team responds to requests quickly and thoroughly.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

We have struggled at times to make AdvocateHub integrate cleanly with Salesforce. This has led to some challenges when tracking and processing references through both systems.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since implementing this software, we have used our Influitive hub to drive many business outcomes, like increased awareness, online reviews, vendor surveys, social sharing, and a discussion forum where customers network with each other and help to solve their own problems without contacting our company's support staff. As we learn more about how to fine-tune our advocacy program, we use Influitive's software more effectively to drive sales and marketing objectives and for customer success - namely, to ensure we monitor customer happiness and increase retention year-over-year. So a good customer advocacy program, built with Influitive's software at it's center - helps to increase sales and customer retention.

  ### 49. Low effort, high results, stronger customer relationships

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron M. | Customer Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

The other day I was working on a case study (Organized in an Influitive Challenge) and the customer expressed several times how our PowerDMS Community (run through Influitive) gives him a voice to connect with and equip peers. Influitive is a simple tool that allows us to engage with our customers, build relationships, and turn them into true advocates. What more could you ask for?!

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

I don't really have much to dislike. Any issue that I have run into, their support has been responsive in working to help find a resolution.

**Recommendations to others considering Influitive:**

I'd highly recommend using Influitive. My peace of advice would be, consistency in providing quality content is key. Influitive can help inspire that content and is a great tool for disseminating that content, but you still have to put in the work to make sure the content is adding value to your customer's journey.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Quick updates to PowerDMS customers
- It often helps us to source high-quality references
- We receive excellent survey feedback that has helped us to improve our internal processes or to focus our marketing efforts. For example, within 24 hours of posting a Challenge, we have booked an entire month's worth usability sessions for our development team.
- High engagement in customer reviews

  ### 50. Inovation at the start of it's journey

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Influitive?**

Influitive has brought up an amazing new concept for advocacy and has developed a platform to back up this concept. They are disruptors in their field and should be recognized for pushing innovation.

**What do you dislike about Influitive?**

As much as they innovated advocacy, they are still very much at the beginning of their journey. The platform is growing, features are limited, sometimes really needed. Their team is as new as the product and sometimes may lack some core business skills needed, but all in all they are growing, learning and evolving. I can say that year after year they have improved and our experience is getting better.

**What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Influitive solves a very select aspect, that of customer advocacy. We are also using it for reference generation and recruitment. Overall we are yet to nail down core benefits from the program, but we are working with the team to evolve the program into one that would have such benefits.
