It's a great way to collect feedback and have our employees interact especially during COVID **What do you dislike about Influitive?** We ran into some issues with our reporting this year that took quite a while to fix, I think there are still a few bugs that could work better, and also having knowledgeable people available to help and give ideas on how to better our platform **Recommendations to others considering Influitive:** Be prepared for slow buy-in, but after that I think it would be beneficial for most companies to increase their engagement whether it be from customer or employees **What problems is Influitive solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to have a more "personal" connection with our clients, and I think it sets up apart from our competitors when it's used properly. There is a challenge to get people to buy in, but after that I think it works great. ### 2.
