Influitive's gameification capabilities set it apart as a community platform. The points, leaderboards, and automated rewards make it an easy experience for customer advocates to engage with. I love the way Influitive allows me to automate my workflow by inviting customers to handraise for marketing opportunities instead of constant emails back and forth. What I like best about the Influitive platform is the ability to customize and brand it to look like our company. It also provides a way to communicate with and stay in front of customers outside of our marketing automation and customer relationship management platforms. Yet, it is integrated to both. The team at Influitive is responsive, caring, and helpful. I love that our team meets with our Influitive representative on a regular basis, ensuring that questions get answered quickly, and also pushing us to think about how we can continue to leverage the platform for our particular goals and audience. I think for right now, there are some sections of the administrative side that are a little clunky, in terms of finding settings or reporting. I find Influitive ideal for outreach to customers with a quick feedback questions (using the polls), or to use a challenge to give them that little nudge and join the conversation on a thread. I find it harder to have in-depth conversations using the forums (and to keep an eye on them/put private notes against them to share with colleagues). I like how much you are able to do with the Influitive hubs. We have two- an internal hub for our employees and an external hub for our customers. What do you dislike about Influitive? Like any platform, there is some red tape with things that cannot be done. For our team, we run into issues with being able to customize some of the features. It can be a complex site to get into but once you do the possibilities are endless. There are no end of templates, suggestions, media etc. to help make the most of the experience for you and your customers. Add to this that Influitive actually listen! Influitive makes it easy for use to connect to customers we otherwise would not reach. The community has given us the ability to generate references, speaking/attending events, or taking phone calls for our CS and Sales teams with a very high success rate. I find the reporting to be a bit clunky and the location or process of things like filters has a tiny learning curve.
