One thing that really bugs me about Jibble is how many genuinely useful features are locked behind the more expensive plans. Things like PTO tracking, approvals, and live GPS location only become available once you upgrade, so the “free forever” pitch ends up feeling a lot less generous in day-to-day use. This app is the easiest to use in its category, with a straightforward, user-friendly experience. I haven't explored the integrations with other software yet as I have everything I need from using their API and my own purpose built portal. Some improvements I’d like to see include the ability to further customise what users can access and see on their side of the app. My team has very basic clock-in and clock-out needs, and we don’t use any of the activity or project functionality. This has caused some confusion when onboarding new staff. If those sections could be hidden for users where they aren’t required, it would help avoid unnecessary issues.

The time-off request feature is a helpful addition for my team, as we’ve created a sickness policy around it so staff who work outside of management hours have a clear place to report sickness absence. However, it would be useful if the wording could be adjusted, because staff currently have to “request” time off due to sickness, whereas in reality it isn’t a request at all. I think you have to launch a course to give guidance for new organizations on how to use Jibble. An official channel where new tools are explained by Jibble, and some training videos for new organizations for better results. Need to explain at starting.
