We signed up for the unlimited time tracking for an unlimited number of users This worked fine even though it is limited in terms of features, for a small team we were very happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Jibble? We upgraded to add PTO policies so we could track accrued vacation days. Seems that even though it shows this as a feature of the paid plan only 1 rule is available: fixed days accrued on day one of the year. After talking with support it turns out that "Monthly accruals is an upcoming feature." But there is no option to set rules or accrual based on days worked. So, after 4 hours I tried to cancel and get a refund. But their policy is no refunds. So canceling means I paid for a full year of features that I can not use (canceling also reverts you to the free tier imeadatly). If you want to go for one of the premium plans, take it monthly for a month or two so you don't get caught in this prepaid scam. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Jibble solving and how is that benefiting you? It was supposed to help with time and vacation tracking.
