JewelTrak is cloud software built for jewelry stores, jewelry wholesalers and diamond dealers. It runs the whole business in one place, on a computer at the counter or an iPad on the showroom floor. At the counter, JewelTrak is a full jewelry store point of sale: barcode scanning, card payments on a countertop reader or by payment link, trade-ins, layaways, gift cards, store credit, returns and exchanges, and sales tax including resale certificates for the trade. For inventory, it handles jewelry, watches, loose diamonds, colored stones and pearls, each with the right fields. Print your own barcode tags, attach GIA and IGI certificates, track melee parcels by the carat, run physical counts, and keep Rapaport pricing current every week. Repairs and custom jobs share one work order board that shows who has each piece and when it is due back. Customers approve CAD designs by link, get status updates by text or email, and sign at drop off and pickup. For the trade, JewelTrak tracks memos out and in, consigned goods, and pieces owned with partners, with the payouts worked out when a piece sells. It connects with QuickBooks Online, Shopify, eBay, Rapaport Trade (RapNet), Mailchimp, GemHub and online appointment booking. Every client gets real support from a real person, and we bring your data over from the system you use now.
