Makes it easier to track. **What do you dislike about Jewel Mate?** It would be nice if it also offered A/R. **What problems is Jewel Mate solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have multiple retail locations and system has multiple warehouse inventory to look up what's available at each store. System has various sales/inventory reports. ### 2. Also- each user can be set up with specific access to different elements of the system and all transactions can be tracked back to see who entered them, accepted a payment, entered items into the Wish List, etc. Discount Codes can be set up to track success of promotions and Source codes can be set up to track what type of purchase was made as well as the Source of advertising for easy ROI reference. **What do you dislike about Jewel Mate?** Sometimes the system crashes when trying to pull larger (several thousand) customer lists or reports. Not all of our users have this issue through. Would also like to have the option to change transaction type without having to totally back out of the sale and redo it. **Recommendations to others considering Jewel Mate:** Highly recommend if you want to take a closer look at your inventory, ROI, and customer profiles. **What problems is Jewel Mate solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to better track our customers and ROI. We are also able to acquire in-depth customer information. Our re-orders have been streamlined to an automatic monthly process as well.
