JetWebinar is great when you want to give a conference or image live. has excellent data transfer speed. Delays are minimal, practically imperceptible, about 300ms. Seminars can be run live via the Internet, which reach up to several dozen people at a time. The program has a global reach, which means that it doesn't matter who is in the world, everything will be able to watch online. Live. We have been using this for conducting webinars for last 1 month and I am quite satisfied with this tool as we can easily setup webinars. There are several templates that we can choose from and send invites to attendees. Also the image & video quality is good and it even works at low bandwidth. When our business did pre research for this platform, the team across many negative reviews about the vendor's support, contacting them, no advanced features, non familiar application. Despite this some consultants of the business along with myself decided to trial is out and we were not content with what Jet Webinar had to offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only true PRO for me with them was the trial. the fact that I was able to try this BEFORE paying did save me some grief. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their support is horrible. No phone number to call ONLY email support. I found the founders and co-founders facebook page and reached out to them - nothing. Replied to an email from the co-founder which was sent concerning setting up a demo. Here it is:
