"Easy to Use for Live and Automated Webinars"
4.5/5
What do you like best about JetWebinar?

What I like most about JetWebinar is that it is easy to use and works well for both live and automated webinars. Setting up a webinar is simple, and managing registrations is straightforward. I also like that it can connect with other tools, which makes it easier to follow up with attendees. Overall, it has been a reliable platform that helped our team run webinars without many issues. What do you dislike about JetWebinar?

My experience with JetWebinar has been good overall, but I think the interface could be easier to use. It took me some time to find a few settings when I first started using it. A cleaner layout and simpler navigation would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Webinar Hosting with Great Accessibility"
4.5/5
What do you like best about JetWebinar?

I like JetWebinar because it's browser-based, making it easy for participants to join without the need to install any software. It's become an important tool for me in communicating with my audience and running professional online events. The platform is reliable, and the video and audio quality are good, which helps save time and makes hosting easier. I appreciate the registration and reminder features that help improve attendance, and the fact that it's updated regularly with the features I need to run professional online events. I find setting up webinars simple, and I enjoy that participants can join directly through their browser, reducing technical issues and making participation easier. The initial setup for JetWebinar was very easy, and my team had a great experience with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JetWebinar?

I think there is still room for improvement. I would like to see a more modern and intuitive user interface and faster page loading, along with additional customization options for webinar branding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automation Powerhouse with Room for UI Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about JetWebinar?

I love using JetWebinar for running simulated live webinars as it lets me schedule pre-recorded videos to run as if they're live, which really takes a load off my shoulders. The real-time chat and polls keep that live seminar feel, which is great. I also find the automation to be a standout feature, especially the 'Just-in-Time' mode that starts a session every 15 minutes for new visitors—it’s a game changer for conversions. The technical setup is surprisingly fast since it's cloud-based, and the step-by-step wizard helps a lot with the basics. I also like their low-latency 'JetStream' tech for its robust performance without lags, making it perfect for scaling reach without increasing workload. JetWebinar essentially acts like an extra team member, handling repetitive broadcasting work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JetWebinar?

The backend user interface feels a bit dated and utilitarian, not as sleek or intuitive as newer platforms, which made it harder to find certain settings initially. Also, the built-in landing page builder is pretty basic, with templates that don't always match the minimalist, high-end look I prefer, leading me to use a third-party builder instead. "JetWebinar: Effortless Reach and Time Saver"
5/5
What do you like best about JetWebinar?

I basically use JetWebinar for product launches, coaching sessions, and company announcements. JetWebinar lets me present the product to hundreds and thousands at once, using slides, videos, and demos in one place. In coaching sessions, it helps to record once and reuse many times. In announcements, it helps one live session reach everyone at the same time. It saves a lot of time, helps me reach more people at once, and makes selling easier. Instead of repeating the same presentation again and again, it helps to record once and run it many times automatically. I can talk to hundreds or thousands of people at once, and it naturally guides people through my product or idea, helping them understand the value of the product. The initial setup was so easy, and the team was initially so cooperative. Everything in JetWebinar is perfect and great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JetWebinar?

JetWebinar could use some useful improvements like a better mobile experience and stronger interaction features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Webinar Hosting with Room for Data Security Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about JetWebinar?

I find JetWebinar helps in creating a webinar that is straightforward, providing clear steps for configuring event details. The features like scheduling, branding, and automation significantly reduce the time spent on preparation. It excels in scalability and is really friendly to use. One standout aspect is its focus on real-time and simulated live webinars, which is useful for teams wanting to deliver a polished prerecorded presentation while still offering a live feel to attendees. It helps maintain consistency in delivery, allowing us to focus on audience engagement through chat and Q&A instead of worrying about technical issues during live broadcasts. What do you dislike about JetWebinar?

I believe in the seamless ecosystem which usually supports lead tracking, personalized follow-ups, and better data management. Usually, I found JetWebinar. However, at times, customer data can be secured more because it can lead to breaches at times as there are many breaches happening with regards to customer data. So I believe better data management can be improved on the same platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Tool for Virtual Sales Demos"
3.5/5
What do you like best about JetWebinar?

I like how stable and sales-focused JetWebinar is, making it really effective for our sales team's daily client demos and prospecting. The live webinar reliability is strong; we rarely have drops, lag, or audio issues, which is critical during high-stakes product demos. I also appreciate the attendee engagement tools like live Q&A, polls, and hand raising; they let our sales reps interact with prospects naturally and spot high-interest leads right away. The built-in registration, reminder, and post-webinar follow-up tools are another big plus. They’re simple to set up and help our sales team automate a lot of the manual work, so we can focus on selling instead of logistics. Everything feels designed for converting viewers into leads, not just hosting meetings. The initial setup of JetWebinar was surprisingly straightforward and quick, even for our sales team members who aren’t very technical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JetWebinar?

The main one is that some advanced customization options for registration pages and email reminders are a bit limited. We can't fully match our corporate design as easily as we'd like, which slightly weakens our brand consistency for client-facing events. We've also found that integrations with our CRM and marketing tools aren't as automatic or deep as some competing platforms. Attendee data and lead information often require manual exports or extra setup to sync properly, which adds small but repetitive work for our sales team. One other area that could be better is the speed of loading and switching between presentation materials during live sales demos. When our reps need to flip quickly between slides, product videos, and shared screens, there's sometimes a small delay that can disrupt the flow of the conversation with prospects. "Smooth, Automated Webinars—But the Page Builder, Support, and Analytics Need Work"
3.5/5
What do you like best about JetWebinar?

honestly jetwebinar is pretty solid, the video quality is super smooth with basically zero lag which is huge when ur trying to keep peoples attention, and the automation stuff is lowkey the best part cuz u can set up a webinar once and just let it run on its own without having to be there every time, the interface is also pretty easy to figure out which is a big plus cuz nobody wants to spend hours learning new software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JetWebinar?

honestly the page builder is kinda trash and feels outdated, support takes forever to get back to you which is super annoying when something goes wrong mid webinar, and the analytics are basically non existent which makes it hard to actually track how ur webinars are performing plus theres been some random bugs here and there especially on mobile which is just not it. "JetWebinar: Pure Speed vs. Dated Design"
3.5/5
What do you like best about JetWebinar?

If I had to pinpoint the absolute best things about JetWebinar—the features that truly justify its spot in a crowded market—it comes down to a powerful combination of real-time speed and conversion-focused automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JetWebinar?

The backend UI feels outdated and overly utilitarian. The page builders are rigid and don’t offer much flexibility. The cost can also be a barrier for small businesses. On top of that, I’ve run into occasional bugs on mobile and when using screen sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
