I love that it is flexible and customizable and easy to collaborate with a team to see what was done. The task dependencies (my to-do only starts when you finish your work) is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Jetpack Workflow? It does not sync well with other software. There is limited sync to QB but not Xero, not Zapier, not email There is not the ability to show a job as "cancelled", only done (or delete) The reports are \*terrible\* - you have to run time/billing for all staff/clients, not just one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Jetpack Workflow: I'm hoping JPWF will continue to grow & mature & add more features, but they aren't doing it as fast as I'd like. We went with them because of cost, but are looking again at Insightly and Karbon to see if they have better email tracking and integration with Xero Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Jetpack Workflow solving and how is that benefiting you? We replaced our client status update spreadsheets with JetPack so we now have a better checklist and more insight into what was done and by whom Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
