JetPack Workflow does what it needs to - If somewhat unintuitively. **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Lane S. | Executive and Marketing Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2019 **What do you like best about Jetpack Workflow?** It is easy to track time and set up separate jobs/clients in Jetpack Workflow. **What do you dislike about Jetpack Workflow?** The company has made some questionable changes to the product - some of which have been addressed, others haven't. When you end a task from the bottom screen, the dialogue box stays open. If you don't manually clear them, they will eventually take over the bottom of the tab. It would also be nice if there was a widget that could follow you on your desktop so that you can see your time tracking/change it without going back to Jetpack Workflow. **What problems is Jetpack Workflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Jetpack Workflow allows my team to collaborate on projects and track time spent on certain clients.
