The on-premise version of Jet is great for our business to collect data from many sources and transform into a unified, controlled access point for reporting within our company. The interface can have a learning curve and looks a bit dated. However the power tradeoff and granularity of control quickly overcomes any quirks of the interface. Our biggest problem is the challenge of multiple systems that generate multiple "sources of truth." As our company has grown, no one system handles every part of our business. I like Jet Analytics for its ease of use and fast report generation. It brings data from multiple sources to one place, which saves time and makes reporting more efficient. The intuitive dashboards make KPI tracking easier, and the data refresh is reliable. The support team is responsive whenever assistance is needed. These features save us significant time by automating reporting and providing quick access to reliable data. The multi-source integration gives us a complete business view, and the flexibility is excellent once configured. What I like most is how seamlessly it integrates with Excel, Microsoft Dynamics Navision, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and many other sources. There's no steep learning curve and anyone on the team can quickly build and run reports. The pre-built cubes and data models save a lot of time, and the drag-and-drop functionality in Excel is very user-friendly. I also appreciate how it consolidates data from multiple sources, giving us accurate, consistent, and real-time insights in one place. Some of the best features for us have been: - Easy-to-use reporting in Excel. - Pre-built dashboards and KPIs. - Quick and straightforward implementation. - Excellent customer support that’s responsive and helpful. - Frequent, everyday use across different teams. It's a more user friendly data warehsoue, cube and BI tools in the market. We evaulated many options such as Power BI and Tableau and we decided go and stay with Jet Analytics. It's very felixble and able to adapte our business growth with reasonable cost. What do you dislike about Jet Analytics? The persentation of the report is Excel base, it's not an eye candy platform like Power BI and Tableau. It is very memory hungry, it needs a lot of RAM. One key issue is combining multiple sales transaction tables into one, which makes reporting much easier and straightforward. It has an intuitive and friendly interface that allows me to create interactive and personalized dashboards without the need for advanced technical knowledge. Also, I like the speed with which I can connect multiple data sources and start exploring them visually. The visualization options are very complete and allow me to communicate insights in a clear and convincing way. In terms of areas for improvement, I would say that the technical documentation for some more advanced features could be more detailed. While the platform is easy to use, there are times when I need to dig into certain capabilities and the documentation is sparse. Also, although they have technical support, on some occasions the response has not been as fast as expected. I think that by reinforcing these two points, the user experience would be excellent. Perhaps a small improvement could be to include more specific templates for certain industries, but I understand that the main objective is to be as versatile a tool as possible.
