Needed more robust platform. **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Recreational Facilities and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2024 **What do you like best about Jersey Watch?** For basic program registration and member communications the product is okay. Simple, quick setup of programs. Customer service response times where very good. **What do you dislike about Jersey Watch?** reporting and more focused communication tools are lacking. There isn't a good attendance report tool and creating forms like attendance and contact sheets for instructors take time that other platforms have as an easy to publish reporting tool. You can not manage facilities or memberships within Jersey Watch. For more advanced needs Jersey Watch does not currently offer enough function for most Parks and Recreation departments. **What problems is Jersey Watch solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a program and league management platform for our parks and recreation department in the short term. **Official Response from Courtney Calvo:** > Thanks for taking the time to provide this feedback! We appreciate the feedback regarding additional reporting tools and a more robust communication feature. Our platform was designed with small, volunteer-run organizations in mind, so most of our features were created with simplicity and ease of use as the main objective. Our ultimate goal is to help these small organizations manage their youth sports programs in a more efficient way without taking up too much of their time with complex tools and features. We completely understand that your organization is larger and may need those more complex communication and reporting tools, so are happy that you've found another platform that better suits your needs.
