konvey is an amazing video messaging tool that stream lines my client weekly audit report process. One click of the button and I record my screen showing my clients reports. I talk through the numbers and send them a link when I am finished. This allows me to give my clients one on one personal time without filling my calendar with weekly client meetings. - Capability to forward recording links to our customer support (an exclusive advantage I have not encountered elsewhere)

- Call to action refinement. Personally, I struggle with adjusting the size and alignment (middle, top right, bottom right, etc). I desire to have the button visible throughout the video (similar to the feature in Loom at the top right) but also re-emerge the call to action at the video’s conclusion.

- Video editing along with the option for a countdown prior to recording (this would simplify initiating the video).

- The function to end the video on any given tab. Currently, I need to return to the Konvey tab to halt it and I am unable to erase that segment of the video. This is not ideal for those whom I share the videos with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
