I had some issues getting the custom domain feature to work properly, despite watching Konvey's tutorial video and getting an automated email from Konvey (looks like you're trying to set up a custome domain). Unfortunatley, I wasn't able to sort it out. I also sent a video to Konvey's support team, but haven't heard back from them yet. I've been looking for an alternative for Loom and Konvey was the best replacement. Loom had a lot of bells and whistle but I didn't need most of them. As a manager, I just need a simple solid tool that will help in back and forth video conversations when I'm troubleshooting an issue or communicating with a client. Konvey doesn't work on iPhone without Chrome. Konvey doesn't work on Mac FireFox much of the time (many bugs). Konvey doesn't work where the competition clearly does. That sets the bar higher than Konvey can reach. I hope they can work this out somehow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can star recording right away, with simple clicks. It is very useful for making training videos and for asking videos to your clients or teammates. There is a lot to like about Konvey. The screen recording interface is easy to use and makes recording a breeze, plus the request feature is great for requesting video reviews or testimonials.
