I can't say that there is something that I dislike so far, but certain things I believe will be nice to have it. For example: dark mode will be very useful, but in my case is not something that will brake the deal. Also, I wish the link that the video generate was shorter, but again, is not a big deal. I have to ask my clients to create screen sharing videos so of the time. It's inconvenient for many of them to download Loom and learn how to use it so sending them a link with my brand and domain in it is perfect! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Even though the user interface is very clear and straightforward, there is also a very clear tutorial to get new users started. I like being able to 'get on with the job' without having a steep learning curve. The setup was easy to implement, it has the right number of features and doesn't try to be overly fancy. I have been using Konvey for several months now and I must say, it has completely transformed the way I handle my digital marketing campaigns. This powerful digital product has truly exceeded my expectations in terms of functionality and ease of use.

I had some installation problems ... so I asked for help thru customer support. They answered me and really cared and helped me sign in... and install the program on chrome extensions. That makes it very easy and handy to use... as I can record a video without having to login everytime. There various features.. one I luv is that the dashboard lets me resend the file to someone else . The only drawback I've noticed so far is the screen capture and video playback. I am forced to watch the entire tape to check points on the video. I can't jump with the recording, which could also be due to my own Chrome settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the simplicity of the platform and how easy it is to get started. I'm still testing things out but so far, I can see this replacing my quick training videos on Loom and in my community. So far I am not able to clarify which mic I use. I only see "default mic" and that isn't good enough as I have an external mic as well. I'd also like the platform to give better options while we're recording our screens. As a basketball coach I found it difficult to easily and quickly explain drills and strategies online. I wasted hours trying to stitch together videos from clunky apps and workarounds.
