One feature I would greatly appreciate is the addition of a blur option, as it would be incredibly valuable in a variety of situations. The ease with which my clients are able to give me feedback and testimonials. They only need to click the link I share with them from Konvey, and they can start recording themselves or their screen. What problems is Konvey solving and how is that benefiting you? It's helping me collect feedback and testimonials from my customers with ease. Usually, to receive this information from my clients, I'll email them and ask them to record their feedback or testimonial (depending on what I want at each time), and send to me. But as you know, human beings can be lazy. They may not have a screen recording app or may find it a boring task to record from their phone or computer, upload it, and send it to me...well, that's what I think. But since I started using Konvey, I've received more responses from my request than before, probably because of the ease with which they can record and have it sent to me. On the first level it would be nice to have more hours. I can do a lot of video recording in a month compared to many people. After I upgraded my plan then hour total was no longer a issue. Simplicity with video messaging and konvey gives me the ability to easily gather video reviews. Before konvey, gathering video reviews took time and wasn't automated, now with konvey I can send an automated email with the review link and it is taken care of, without meeting a client or instructing them how to send me a video etc. I also like how authentic it feels to watch clients share testimonial videos from their own phone / computer. KONVEY is super easy to use and it's great for a bunch of things. I used to do screen recording for training my team and it was a breeze. Also, it's awesome to make videos to make new connections, and video helps to build trust. You can even get video replies, which is pretty cool. It is very easy to learn.
