If you had told me a few weeks ago that I'd be raving about screen recording software, I'd have been skeptical. But here I am, genuinely excited to share my experience with Konvey. From the moment I opened the software, I was impressed by its user-friendly design. It has just the right amount of features, not too few; not too many. I have absolutely no sense of overwhelm here. What I love most is its versatility: one moment I'm able to record a detailed tutorial for my colleagues, and the next I'm able to send a captivating, personalized video message in an email campaign. Plus, from my experience, gathering customer testimonials has never been this straightforward. If you're looking to diversify your content and foster a more personal connection with your audience, look no further than Konvey. It's truly a game-changing gem! I TRIED to come up with the “cons,” just to be able to provide a more balanced review, but so far at least, I haven’t experienced any negatives with this platform. My experience with Konvey has been a positive one. I have been focusing on reducing the back-and-forth communication through email and focusing more on video communication with my clients. This tool has been the perfect fit. This product has met all of our expectations and is very easy to implement. The user-face is very user-friendly, and video communication can be accomplished in a few simple steps without opening additional software. The only update I would like to see when using the software is the accommodation of those recording themselves on an ultrawide monitor; the proportions of the video appeared a bit off. After testing the tool for some days I´m quite happy that I bought it. It will be a great addition for my ticket system as clients can now describe their problem in a video rather than sending screenshots. On top it´s a great Loom alternative for explaining things to my customers or just save some steps of my work in a single video. Took me only 5 minutes to understand how to use it. Four things would be great features in the future which would make the tool an excellent alternative for Loom and Co: 1) Being able to only redirect a subdomain without redirecting a main domain - but support team is already checking if there is a solution for this - therefore already 5 stars for support team :) 2) Change language on frontend or being able to translate it. 3) Use custom hex colors for branding. 4) Being able to blur some information. It is an excellent product, but the escalating costs become a bottleneck for team deployment. After exploring alternatives, I stumbled upon Konvey and was immediately impressed. Beyond its economical pricing, Konvey is a top-tier product, featuring seamless screen sharing, microphone and webcam integration, flawless recording, and a convenient Chrome plugin. Its user-friendly interface is both appealing and intuitive. What I appreciate the most is Konvey’s provision to let people outside your organization record videos at no extra cost, enabling them to leverage all the functionalities your account possesses. This is particularly helpful when a customer is struggling with technical issues and wishes to demonstrate exactly where the problem lies, especially when our attempts to recreate the issue fail. I was planning to go for paid loom account from free account as free account only offers 25 vidoes and 5 minutes per video. Due to 5-min limit, I often felt rushed. With Konvey, I don't feel rushed anymore... But, I'm still positive that teh founder will listen to this feedback and work on it. It's still going to be a 5 star from my end simply because of the fact that it's a loom altrernative and I''m also looking for unlimited storage for recoding SOPs for my agency. I guess they are working on fixing these issues and also addinga circle image. Plus, I've heard they will be adding custom background etc. The only real issue I have at this point is unlike Loom it takes time to generate a video link - it's slow compared to loom which is superfast. I think working on these basics should be the #1 priority instead of trying to add features such as "custom background" - the basivs need to be tested, fixed and optimized before moving to the new features which is the #1 misrtake most SAAS businesses are doing right now.
