I love not having to take screenshots when I need to communicate with a support team. I can just use Konvey's platform to record a screen video and save myself time and effort. Konvey also lets you know when the video's been viewed! \*I'm also a Headhunter and I'll be using this to be more creative in presenting potential candidate profiles to new client prospects. I had some issues getting the custom domain feature to work properly, despite watching Konvey's tutorial video and getting an automated email from Konvey (looks like you're trying to set up a custome domain). Unfortunatley, I wasn't able to sort it out. I also sent a video to Konvey's support team, but haven't heard back from them yet. The biggest problem Konvey solves is not having to take a bunch of screenshots when trying to explain details. Just open the app, hit record, and easily explain, with visuals. Love it! I've been looking for an alternative for Loom and Konvey was the best replacement. Loom had a lot of bells and whistle but I didn't need most of them. As a manager, I just need a simple solid tool that will help in back and forth video conversations when I'm troubleshooting an issue or communicating with a client. I need to communicate immediatly with my team when troubleshooting an issue, brainstorming, or when I'm having a dialogue with a client. Email or chat can't convey all the necessary information that I want to send. But a video can. Konvey is very easy to use. The dashboard is intuitive and the feature to request videos using your own domain is a great way to interact with clients and provide better support. It's currently missing a couple of key features like editing and transcripts, but the roadmap looks promising to soon make Konvey the only recording app you'll need. Konvey has been a huge help in providing better onboarding support for my clients with its feature to request videos. Even my most tech-challenged clients have been able to use it to send me a quick video with their questions, saving a ton of time in back and forth emails or meetings and providing a better overall experience for them. Konvey doesn't work on iPhone without Chrome. Konvey doesn't work on Mac FireFox much of the time (many bugs). Konvey doesn't work where the competition clearly does. Browser-based (often feature-limited, slof) and desktop-based (clunky to share). They all have their limitations.
