I can't say that there is something that I dislike so far, but certain things I believe will be nice to have it. For example: dark mode will be very useful, but in my case is not something that will brake the deal. Also, I wish the link that the video generate was shorter, but again, is not a big deal. We can create different videos to new customers explaining some of the features for their new websites. And sending that video with a welcome and thank you letters, without having to spend too much time do that for each individual customer. Even though the user interface is very clear and straightforward, there is also a very clear tutorial to get new users started. I like being able to 'get on with the job' without having a steep learning curve. The setup was easy to implement, it has the right number of features and doesn't try to be overly fancy. I had some installation problems ... so I asked for help thru customer support. They answered me and really cared and helped me sign in... and install the program on chrome extensions. That makes it very easy and handy to use... as I can record a video without having to login everytime. There various features.. one I luv is that the dashboard lets me resend the file to someone else . I love the simplicity of the platform and how easy it is to get started. I'm still testing things out but so far, I can see this replacing my quick training videos on Loom and in my community. So far I am not able to clarify which mic I use. I only see "default mic" and that isn't good enough as I have an external mic as well. I'd also like the platform to give better options while we're recording our screens. That's why I'm so impressed with how Konvey has simplified my video creation process. Recently, I wanted to walk coaches through an offensive set. In minutes, I recorded the drill animation and talked to the nuances of the offense. Being able to combine my webcam footage with a screen recording seamlessly made life a lot easier!
