I was planning to go for paid loom account from free account as free account only offers 25 vidoes and 5 minutes per video. Due to 5-min limit, I often felt rushed. With Konvey, I don't feel rushed anymore... But, I'm still positive that teh founder will listen to this feedback and work on it. It's still going to be a 5 star from my end simply because of the fact that it's a loom altrernative and I''m also looking for unlimited storage for recoding SOPs for my agency. **What do you dislike about Konvey?** I still don't see the circle image and camera + screen share is not working but anyway I use it for screenshare mostly. I guess they are working on fixing these issues and also addinga circle image. Plus, I've heard they will be adding custom background etc. The only real issue I have at this point is unlike Loom it takes time to generate a video link - it's slow compared to loom which is superfast. They only need to click the link I share with them from Konvey, and they can start recording themselves or their screen. And I can easily download the videos from my Konvey backend and use on my website. **What do you dislike about Konvey?** At the moment, Konvey served the exact purpose I wanted it for. Usually, to receive this information from my clients, I'll email them and ask them to record their feedback or testimonial (depending on what I want at each time), and send to me. But as you know, human beings can be lazy. They may not have a screen recording app or may find it a boring task to record from their phone or computer, upload it, and send it to me...well, that's what I think. But since I started using Konvey, I've received more responses from my request than before, probably because of the ease with which they can record and have it sent to me. I can do a lot of video recording in a month compared to many people. Before konvey, gathering video reviews took time and wasn't automated, now with konvey I can send an automated email with the review link and it is taken care of, without meeting a client or instructing them how to send me a video etc. I also like how authentic it feels to watch clients share testimonial videos from their own phone / computer. ### 15.
