I was sending out emails to clients and people I work with immediately after signing up. I feel like the video over email is still so new it shocks people in a good way. Konvey is a great app : UX/UI is okay, easy and smooth navigation, video quality is very good and the AMAZING feature is the ability to send video submission request, to track/manage these requests and to track the submissions : excellent ! As of today, I'm still missing a way to get my recordings organized in folders, but I guess that should come soon, I do hope. I recently gave Konvey a try, and I must say, it left a positive impression on me. Konvey has a lot of potential, they update the software on a continuous basis, and recently they added high-quality 4K recording as well, which is greatly appreciated. You can also white-label the program and add your own logo so customers stay within your brand. Konvey undeniably offers a lot of value. While there's room for improvement like any other software, I am optimistic that Konvey will swiftly ascend to a leadership position in its field. I believe supporting the developer is a wise choice. Great Alternative to Loom/Camtasia/Zoom recordings: Konvey is a stellar alternative to the big names like Loom or Camtasia. The interface is intuitive, and the video quality is top-notch. Team-Friendly: Whether you're working with a VA or volunteers, Konvey makes it a breeze to demonstrate processes. No more lengthy emails or confusing screenshots. Responsive Team: The Konvey team is super friendly and quick to respond. I had a question about future capabilities and got a response right away. Foolproof for Newbies: I sent a recording link to a volunteer who had never used Konvey before. Guess what? They sent back a recording in minutes without a hitch. You have to dig into Chrome settings, which is a bit of a PITA. But hey, it's a young product, and I'm confident this will be taken care of soon. Wishlist: Tracking Info: I'd love to know when someone has watched my video and how much they've seen. Automation: A Zapier integration or some no-code automation would be the cherry on top.
