I wish you could be very specific with the area of recording. It doesn't always save. You may lose your whole recording. And there is no way to speed up playback, which seems very basic. My assistant was able to sign up for an account and record a video without stress. In addition to the ease of use, I like the versatility and the fact that there's nothing to install. So anyone can easily deploy the tool for several use cases, such as customer support, feedback/testimonials and video interviews. Finally, the possibility of starting with a free account (not a free trial) helps to overcome resistance. Overall, Konvey lives up to its promise. **What do you dislike about Konvey?** I found that I could not fastforward a recorded video until it had finished playing. I was also expecting automated transcript or subtitles but that's not available. With a google chrome extentions it makes it much easier to integrate the tool into the daily work tasks. - The opions to edit the videos are are limited and the konvey branding is very dominant - No possibility just to record audio without video **What problems is Konvey solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's very challenging to describe a problem just in words and therefore it's much easier to show the problem by sharing a video with Konvey. The biggest adventage the tools brings is that you can also request a screen recording and the recipient doesn't need to install any software and can do it and a quickly manner. ### 8. It is understood that it is in the process of growth, and for the price you pay, that "rudimentary" aspect it has is completely justified. There are points for improvement that would make it a perfect solution, but I insist: the Price/Quality ratio makes it incredibly good. It can be improved in: - Download protection of the videos - Incorporation of chapters. - Some compatibility errors with Firefox. In reality, there are many references, I hope mine in Spanish can help. I have a W I D E 35" monitor, so if I select 'full screen' it makes the video look weird. If you use a video recording tool, after all, is because you have a team to collaborate with, isn't it? Konvey allows you to pick a plan with a proper amount of seats, which is great. The software itself works well. It's quick to record and access files. Great for recording your screen and/or camera, or ask somebody to do that as well. Also to track all the recordings that have been received. The videos are stored in the cloud, so it is helpful in case you do not have enough local space. Moreover, you are able to organize your recordings/requests into folders and labels in the dashboard, or to set up custom domains to personalize your requests from different projects. It is pretty intuitive how to use it. But in case you are not sure how to start, there is a tutorial that goes straigh forward to the point, and you spend little time to learn everything you need to start using all its features. You will implement and integrate it very easily into your daily tasks. Customer Support responds to my queries in just few hours so far, trying to bring solutions to my problems.
