Jenzabar One is a software package that keeps getting functionality added to it and keeps improving. The company isn't satisfied with the status quo and wants to keep up with the customer's changing needs. J1 is rolling out a web based version of their product which really excites me, so we won’t just have to use a desktop version all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The web based options are difficult to learn if you're used to the desktop version. It will take some time to adjust to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jenzabar One solving and how is that benefiting you?

I enjoy using it for the housing aspects, though there are features I wish they would add to the desktop version, which could allow it to continue. I don't love the web based version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Each section of the program talk to each other with ID numbers you can easily search by more than one category which makes it useful if you only have a piece of information to look for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jenzabar One?

You cant zoom in on how big the information is presented on the screen which sometimes makes it difficult to see if you have glasses or contacts on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Make sure that you’re going through a full learning experience well first using JenzabarOne. It does take quite a bit of time to know where everything is and what kind of reports you can pull with it but once you learn it’s amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jenzabar One solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work in Undergraduate admissions and it helps by keeping track of students and their profiles such as Applications, items they submit, completing their file and just holding all of the information about that one student in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jenzabar One?

The upsides I see for J1 web are the benefits for students to have a more user friendly environment and access to their information. The J1 web advising is also a great for advisers who need access to additional student information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jenzabar One?

The inability to launch a J1 Web module due to known issues that impede the end user. We want the product to be working correctly so that our end users have a great experience from the start. There are challenges when launching some modules because of bugs that need fixing. This can postpone the launch of new modules or features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jenzabar One is a powerful Student Information System with capabilities to enhance student success while meeting institutional requirements.The mobile and web platforms are great enhancements for students. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
