"Jenzabar one - many different features"
4/5
What do you like best about Jenzabar One?

One of many features is the integration of a learning management system in your SIS. The support team is helpful, very busy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jenzabar One?

Documentation can be tricky if you are searching the listserv for answers. I usually contact support, but I'd prefer to read an article and figure out an issue myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not really much to dislike. Some users adjust a little slower than others, but once they get used to it, they quickly learn how valuable the system is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Full featured platform that can run all of your universities departments."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jenzabar One?

Jenzabar has made great strides in the last few years to modernize they platform. They've gone from an old looking platform to one that is web based. This has allowed them to rethink the processes and make a much better platform. The implemetation was thoughtfull and well planned. They had a great project team that helped them come in on time and in budget which the support team continued to help us whenever we ran into issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jenzabar One?

Integration used to be very custom and difficult, but with their new iPaaS, it has become much better, if not a bit complicated. There is also a very steep learning curve for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CX customer for 25+ years moving to Jenzabar One"
5/5
What do you like best about Jenzabar One?

Jenzabar One is going to help to streamline our processes. This implementation will allow us to rethink the way that we do things and our project team is happy to help assist us in finding new ways to think about our processes and how we might change them to be smoother and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jenzabar One?

I have not found anything yet, but as we work through the implementation, our previous customizations in CX may cause us some difficulty in the implementation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Using Jenzabar in Higher Education"
3/5
What do you like best about Jenzabar One?

Jenzabar has so many different capabilities. I am on the enrollment side of the university, so I enjoy being able to use the program as an SIS easily. I can easily print reports based on specific criteria, view and download student transcripts, and view and process registration. We also use Jenzabar for generating and approving purchase orders, and the process for doing so is straightforward. I can also download student reports based on specific admissions counselors, take notes in a student's account, and access shared reports from other departments, such as financial aid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jenzabar One?

Honestly, I rely on Jenzabar for all of my work, and recently, it has been crashing and freezing frequently. I know that our IT department has been working with the company to fix these issues, but it seems as though it's becoming more frequent. Also, I'm not too fond of the format of the newest update. It is hard to find specific fields now, and where they are located doesn't make much sense. It seems too cluttered, and before, it was much more user-friendly. Jenzabar One is always moving the product forward with technology and what works best for their customers. They try to incorporate all of the feedback they receive into product development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jenzabar One?

It is hard to work through helpdesk ticket issues via email. It would be beneficial to hop on a Teams call and display the issue and work through it quickly in some circumstances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Jenzabar One is a great tool for advising students"
5/5
What do you like best about Jenzabar One?

Faculty and student advisors, as well as program directors, have all of the information at their fingertips to help the student progress through their program. This also helps the registrar's office. We no longer have to stop to respond to specific student academic history requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jenzabar One?

J One has worked well. The only downside is finding the time to train all of our faculty and advisors on using it. With teaching schedules as they are, it is a challenge for sure.

In the previous advising module, faculty could sort the registered advisees and the un-registered advisees. We are not able to do that in J One. If this is possible, I would love to know how to accomplish this. It would be helpful also to sort or see a snapshot of students that have holds on their accounts, as this prevents registration. "Quality product with a positive support infrastucture"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jenzabar One?

The support team from the account representatives to the system engineers. They all are invested in the product, and in the outcomes for the institution and students. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jenzabar One?

Sometimes there is a feature disconnect that impacts our customized areas in a highly negative manner. We usually only find out about those after the updates are released, which sometimes can be problematic to meeting implementation deadliens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
