Jenialo helps you know who does what, and when, at your events. It was built by a volunteer coordinator tired of endless emails, copy-pasting and scattered spreadsheets. People sign up online through a form you can embed on your website, pick their time slots, and find their schedule in their own personal space. Organisers see every post, shift and gap on one shared planning, assign people in a few clicks, and email everyone or just the people concerned. Jenialo also tracks equipment for each event (who brings what), generates participation certificates automatically after each event, and offers an optional Contributions module for donations and Swiss tax receipts. Designed in Switzerland for associations, festivals, one-day and multi-day events, company events and weddings. Data hosted in Switzerland. Available in French and German.
