The rating will be a 10! Trainor was super helpful and patient in explaining the process, and answering my questions and helping us navigate the website. The videos were also awesome - short and easy to understand, and I love how they would really tell you to pause the video and try it yourself. I love how Jenesis keeps our customer service program organized. Having all of our customer information easy to locate is incredibly beneficial, as it streamlines our operations and ensures we can access critical data efficiently when needed. I wish some of the features that Jenesis offers could be cherry-picked instead of having an all-or-nothing approach for the entire team.
