Jemalys Demandes is a French-language work request (help desk) software for companies: anyone in the company reports a breakdown, building work or IT need in thirty seconds from a PC or a phone on the company network; the manager is notified on Telegram, takes the request in charge, assigns it, tracks it and closes it with a PDF work order. Short form open to all (who, category, equipment, urgency, what), a list with counters, colour category buttons, filters by status and urgency and overdue requests in red; handling with who, dates, work done and material used, closing date set automatically; directory of requesters and technicians, equipment by category, your own colours. It is the work request module of Jemalys GMAO as a standalone app. Installed on your own Windows PC: no subscription, no cloud, a one-time licence. Free online demo on jemalys.fr.
