I can see our commitment dates and how we are tracking toward them, as well as see our past performance which helps identify trends the teams are experiencing. Additionally, this helps us identify and discuss opportunities to improve our process.

Jellyfish is easy to use, and I use it daily. There is a learning curve, but once you spend a short amount of time playing in it, you can easily find what you want and need. It allows me to drill down into metrics to see team performance, individual performance, how much time is focused on specific work, and sooo much more!!
