JF seems to be good at descriptive analytics, but I haven't grown confident enough in it for it's predictive and prescriptive analytics (e.g. I see wild swings in resource planning which doesn't inspire confidence). While Jellyfish provides excellent out-of-the-box dashboards and analytics, I would appreciate more flexibility to create custom operational reports on my own. Currently, most reporting customization requires going through their support team or using their standard templates. Having a more robust self-service report builder or additional customization options for operational metrics would make the platform even more powerful for organizations with specific reporting needs.
