- User-friendly interface - intuitive and easy to use

- Excellent support from a very friendly company with real people you can actually contact and speak to.

- The pricing structure is excellent for small companies and freelancers.

- A good product for Microsoft users and people used to outlook.

- If you've never had a CRM before, this is a great place to start.

- It is much easier to keep track of prospects than using a spreadsheet.
