The traffic on the website, we cannot filter out individuals that come to the website and maybe landed there by mistake. You know, we're a business to business shop, and life sciences, and we've got school teachers coming on there. I don't need those. I don't need those to hit my inbox. It can make outreach feel “templated” fast.

Even good AI starts to sound the same if you let it drive. If I’m not careful, the voice gets flattened and the message turns into “generic smart.”

Personalization can drift into “too much.”

The line between relevant and creepy is thin. If the platform surfaces hyper-specific signals, the temptation is to use them. Sometimes the best move is to not say the quiet part out loud.

You still need real inputs.
