It can make outreach feel “templated” fast.

Even good AI starts to sound the same if you let it drive. If I’m not careful, the voice gets flattened and the message turns into “generic smart.”

Personalization can drift into “too much.”

The line between relevant and creepy is thin. If the platform surfaces hyper-specific signals, the temptation is to use them. Sometimes the best move is to not say the quiet part out loud.

You still need real inputs.

I’m part of the PLG team here, and most of our work depends on running experiments with different user segments.
