"Trying to implement Jedox in our company"
1/5
What do you like best about Jedox?

- Cube structure

-Customer Support

-ability to copy-paste from other period Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jedox?

-a lot of bugs.

- not user-friendly language in RULES creator, it's better to add SQL or DAX.

-no opportunity to add more than 2 dyna range in one report - it becomes more difficult for calculation in the report.

- to move dimensions from the row to the column or vice versa is sometimes impossible - it's not moved, only via right-click.

-#VALUE in the report if Hyperlink is added into the dyna- range - we have to recalculate the sheet all the time.

- in button - Action - the range in the Set value field doesn't update the value if we make some changes in the sheet (add new columns for example).

-complicated rule editor - It is difficult to understand which rule influences your data, to see this you need to take a lot of steps.

- not user-friendly edit view report - difficult to make a simple report. It would be better if you made it like a Pivot table in Excel with simple filters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

2. Integration with our system GP - having the ability to integrate with our existing system, GP, has made the integration process a lot smoother and easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jedox?

2. Website loading times - at times, the browser may load slowly resulting in processes taking longer than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Jedox as a complete reporting solution"
5/5
What do you like best about Jedox?

Jedox has strong planning and write-back capabilities with its MOLAP structure. Complex modeling is efficiently handled with its ETL processes, cube rules, and dynamic reports. It is easy to implement and integrate with other applications and databases. I can say that Jedox is user-friendly and an all-in-one reporting solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jedox?

The reporting side can be improved with more integrated charts and graphs, instead of using third-party tools like high charts. Also, its front end can be more powerful like Power BI and Tableau. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An Excel close planning and reporting tool"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Jedox?

The capability to connect to almost every source system. The proximity to Excel allows a rapid lerning curve in building reports. The Integrator is easy to understand for database developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jedox?

The software is now only available as a cloud software. For smaller license volume for a lot customers it is too expensive. The performance limit is reached easily and if support is needed it is common ending within a email ping pong with switching support engineers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quality Program and Customer Service"
5/5
What do you like best about Jedox?

Jedox has allowed our forecasting process to be less manual while also providing comfort in its Excel basis, leading to an ease of use and implementation. Prior to Jedox, all forecasting was completed in various spreadsheets across the organization and now we are able to have one central platform for expense forecasting. We have about 50 people utilizing Jedox at once for 2 weeks out of the month and have not experienced any access issues. In the event that something does arise that I am unable to fix myself, our enablement partner, Frankie Li, has been more than helpful. I have received a lot of support from our Customer Success Manager, Courtney Harris and Customer Engagement Director, Bill Glik. We have monthly calls to discuss future integration plans and how to fully ultize the platform. At this moment, we have barely touched the surface of what Jedox can offer, however we are excited to utilize the various features and continue to move toward automated processes. What do you dislike about Jedox?

To utilize this platform to its full potential, you need someone in-house to take the training courses and become an expert as it is not easy to just "figure it out". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"FP&A Automation Platform Evaluation"
5/5
What do you like best about Jedox?

Jedox's ability to integrate with so many different platforms. While the Excel and Google Sheets integration sounds basic, a lot of similar platforms do not offer such an integration. And in the case of those that do (Vena for example), the Excel/GSheets integration capabilities are limited in comparison with that of Jedox Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jedox?

This can be both good and bad. The bad: 3rd party partners are harder to come by than that of a Workday Adaptive Insights, Oracle, SAP or Anaplan consultant. The good: services are cheaper and more hands-on (likely because Jedox has a smaller but more selective ecosystem of partners) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
