The proximity to Excel allows a rapid lerning curve in building reports. The Integrator is easy to understand for database developers. **What do you dislike about Jedox?** The software is now only available as a cloud software. For smaller license volume for a lot customers it is too expensive. The performance limit is reached easily and if support is needed it is common ending within a email ping pong with switching support engineers. **What problems is Jedox solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps to merge data from diffrent areas to get a better view of a companys data to use it a base for planning and forecasting. It combines a data integration tool, a database and a reporting/dashboparding tool in one software. ### 2. Difficult and time consuming development process, takes too much time to get things to work **What problems is Jedox solving and how is that benefiting you?** It minimizes human errors, automates processes, minimised formula errors. ### 3. Asthetics of the reports not as visually friendly as other platforms, very static in what is available and no movement to improve Unable to self serve to connect new data sources Lack of ability to self train in Jedox specific programming compatibility with browsers Costly program compared to other offerings **Recommendations to others considering Jedox:** Decide if you need this level of complexity, who is going to manage the platform for you, get the contract for pricing in writing, really test out POC stage. **What problems is Jedox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking sales results, measuring individuals data ### 6.
