But if we raise to the support team, their response is very quick and provide us with alternative solution. **What problems is Jebbit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Jebbit is helping us with building product recommendation tool to support our EC sales. Also, as it is very easy to roll out to various platforms, it is helping us save operational cost. ### 4. I also really like how available the members of the Jebbit team make themselves for feedback, help, and other communications. **What do you dislike about Jebbit?** There have been some quirks in terms of getting the Jebbit experiences to show up the same across all of our websites as they do in the preview, and I also could see myself using even more options for customization, but the Jebbit team is super helpful in listening to feedback and adding features when needed. **Recommendations to others considering Jebbit:** I think that you'd enjoy Jebbit if you want to create interactive experiences that engage your users in unique ways beyond just having them read a static article. You can really guide them through the content in different ways by using Jebbit! **What problems is Jebbit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Jebbit to create both fun content and more meaningful content, like slideshows of images, personality quizzes, and trivia tests.
