The agents go above and beyond to help! They also create customized videos to help you troubleshoot your issues. They take the time to make sure all issues and concerns are resolved.

**What do you dislike about Jebbit?**

The onboarding process, I wish there was a step-by-step tutorial given once you gain access to the platform. We've had issues that turned out to be default settings turned on (like the delayed load).

**What problems is Jebbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jebbit is helping the data capture problem by helping novice creators with a Platform to create engaging surveys etc to send to consumers so we can thoughtfully capture preferences.

I  think a lot of the building isn't intuitive.

**What do you like best about Jebbit?**

Jebbit allows us to easily make updates to our on-site quizzes. The best part about using Jebbit is how quickly you can get answers from their support team. Their team always responds within minutes through their chatbot, no matter how many questions we have. Often times they even provide step-by-step tutorials demonstrating features to solve our questions. They go above and beyond in client support!

**What do you dislike about Jebbit?**

There are certain features that I wish Jebbit had, such as timed loading screens, more custom capabilities, and such.

**What problems is Jebbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Jebbit allows us to make quick and easy updates to our on-site quizzes, without the help of our dev team. We're able to optimize our quizzes further because we can easily implement A/B tests.

We needed a tool that we could use for surveys and quizzes as part of an employee engagement program. We knew that having a fun experience was critical to their success. We're pleased so far with the flexibility, integration, and design options we get from Jebbit.

**What do you dislike about Jebbit?**

Jebbit is a new(ish) company, so there are some small glitches we've hit as their non-core use case. However, customer support has been responsive and helpful in figuring them out.

**What problems is Jebbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to capture participants' information to tailor the GreenShift experience to individual lifestyles and relevancy. General survey completion keeps declining, so we looked for a fun experience that boosts voluntary participation.  Jebbit fits our need.

**What do you like best about Jebbit?**

Jebbit's backend is super user-friendly and for the pieces I couldn't figure out, their team was quick and patient to walk me through what could be done. They've been very accommodating to my team's needs as we've set up our new quiz on their Simple builder, helping us ensure the best possible quiz experience given our budget. Reporting is super clean and easy to read, making it even easier for us to see the results from our move immediately.

There are some limitations depending on the tier you're paying for (for example, certain style templates, or how many attributes can be synced to your integrations) and they don't yet integrate with Attentive

**What problems is Jebbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jebbit helped upgrade our quiz game 10-fold. We had a beautiful quiz designed for our site but had no way of capturing that data, and it ultimately became very tedious to edit/manage. So excited to be working with Jebbit and have such an awesome quiz on-site for customers!

Jebbit has a Powerful UI.  I am a web developer and have been tasked to assist with a client who is using this platform.  I like it, and there are many that i do not like.

**What do you dislike about Jebbit?**

I find the UI can be a bit layered at times with many - too many? -  options at times.  perhaps a nod to standardizing some of them might be a good way to make it more user friendly.

Again, my client is tryingto build data profiles on some of their users, their more loyal users, to better target them and learn from their audience on how to better serve them.

I love the user-friendly interface and the many user guides and customer service representatives available to provide insight and answer questions along the way.

There are some quiz options and capabilities I'd like to see built out. There is an option to submit ideas to Jebbit for review, which is an excellent way to send along feedback and feel like you're being listened to as the customer.

Being able to add visually appealing, simple and user friendly experiences to collect information and also integrate that info in SFMC has been helpful, and it's why we chose to use Jebbit.

Sometimes it is difficult to move things around in the builder, but otherwise I think it is well laid out and easy to work with.

The customer service structure was a significant part of using the Jebbit program. You're assigned a Jebbit account manager who will communicate with their team and try to help you figure out any piece you may have questions on when building a quiz.

**What do you dislike about Jebbit?**

I think the only thing I disliked was that some basic functionality was missing from the Jebbit program. We couldn't include a simple "back" button on our quiz, which would have been a nice and easy feature to include/offer.

Communication. The team tries to keep us in the loop whenever we have unanswered questions and have been working hard to ensure we have all the tools and resources we need to have a prosperous quiz.

I'm still not 100% clear on how long I can use the free trial before committing to the monthly subscription.

Before using Jebbit, I would have outsourced the production and design of digital experiences to a third-party agency. Saves money, time, and allows me to retain control of the brands I work on.

Jebbit is easier to use than our larger digital experience platform. I'm much more excited to build out a campaign execution within Jebbit than I am on our owned properties.

Some of the mapping can be tricky to understand at first but it is very straightforward once you get the hang of it.

The Jebbit support team was a massive help to us when setting up our first skincare quiz. The team is very knowledgeable about the product and helped us have a successful quiz launch. As a result, we continue to see a strong conversion rate for customers who engage with our skincare quiz.

It would be nice if the design-builder tool was a little more user-friendly and intuitive. Building our first quiz took longer than expected and required more support than anticipated.

Jebbit makes it simple to create engaging survey or quiz experiences and get quick insights.

There are some workarounds in the platform (specifically design related) but Jebbit support is really helpful and answer very quick to any questions.

They are able to help me with changing the URL of certain experiences (reminding me of being able to modify the sub-domain, something I forgot I could do)  and copying and pasting experiences from one brand to another.

Nothing to dislike so far! I have used Jebbit now for several years and find it simple and effective. We're just beginning to scratch the surface on all its uses!

Our custom quizzes are easy to navigate from a user perspective. Our account manager Karli has been a amazing and continuously helps us learn new features and how to optimize current quizzes.

**What do you dislike about Jebbit?**

We have run into some of the templates being limited (mainly on desktop view vs mobile view). There are workarounds and a few solutions to some of the limitations.

The only issues we have had are related to templates (padding limitations). Otherwise Jebbit has been quick to provide solutions for any issues we may have had in the past.

There are a few (very) minor tweaks that could possibly be made to the user interface, but the Jebbit team has been great about asking for feedback and consistently making updates/improvements to their platform. The platform capabilities and experience types have expanded so much even in the 2 years we have worked with the Jebbit team.

Jebbit has made it easy for us to engage with our online fans in fun, unique ways. At the same time, the platform has been instrumental in helping us gain valuable data about our consumers and their preferences. These insights have helped us in many ways, including planning our sales event LTOs.

It really does make our content look gorgeous. Lots of incredible options to make the quizzes and binge-guides truly pop.

**What do you dislike about Jebbit?**

I'm not sure it's as intuitive as it could be. With so many design options, it's very easy to find forty things you're NOT looking for, and to completely miss the one thing you're seeking. That said, Customer Support is wonderful at steering you back in the right direction, and it's probably simple enough for the tech-savvy to navigate the platform.

I'm making my first quiz on the platform, and Customer Support has been quick and patient and kind as heck. I couldn't possibly give them a higher review.

The graphics and overall look and design of the options available for creating the online quiz stood apart from other platforms that offer the same service. Jebbit offers more customization and allows you to use the fully customized quiz for free (up to 200 engagements or "clicks").

**What do you dislike about Jebbit?**

It would be better if the prices/terms of upgrading to more engagements were more prominently displayed. I dislike creating the quiz and using it x number of times only to find out AFTER that  I have to upgrade for more engagement. Overall, it seems worth the price, however.

**What problems is Jebbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am looking for quality leads and traffic to my website and the quiz posted on social media should work well for this purpose! I just started using it as fully functioning today and have used the quiz as part of a FB campaign, 4 leads so far, about $0.28 per click.

Their customer service is extremely helpful and patient. The team walked us through building out the quiz from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful and amazing!

Some downside of Jebbit is the customization ability with the out of the box tool. The tool is very straight forward but would love to see the ability to customize more!

Building out quizes and surveys. This platform is easy to comprehend all the data being brought in from customers who take the quiz. We can send surveys with just one click of a button.

Everything you could want is available, it's located where you would think it would be, and you cant over complicate it (I tried!!). Our team was informative, gave great updates, and was sure to celebrate our quick progress. We truly look forward to our meetings with this team!

There was very little to dislike. The questions I had during the buildout process always had an upcoming meeting to be discussed or walked through and more urgent needs were responded to promptly.

**What problems is Jebbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are making information about cannabinoid wellness more readily available and accessible in a new form - no need to read through our website, or even be in contact with someone from our company to get questions answered. This also allows us another opportunity to find those interested in our products so we can continue being in touch and providing additional education and benefits.

I like that the platform is easy to use and allows me to create easily branded experiences without much effort. The support team and account managers are amazing and very helpful.

I find it difficult to get my ROI out of the platform as it's a time intensive process to create the experiences so unless you're very organised I find I don't use it as much as I should.

It's solving the fact that I don't get global online experiences from my overall brand so it allows me to create them locally. It also allows us to create easy to use experiences for customers.

I like the ease of use of the platform. it is very user-friendly and simple to learn.

what I dislike about the platform is that sometimes it is difficult to rearrange slides in the flow. And you need to first disconnect move the slide to a different part of the screen and then reconnect.

its such an easy site to navigate just run a few testers first to get a feel for the site and all it can do.

the problem i believe jebbit is solving is giving companies another option when they need to generate consumer data besides SurveyMonkey. jebbit also allows far more customization than surveymonkey.

As 1P/0P data becomes increasingly valuable, the wide array of experiences available on Jebbit's platform has given our enterprise the flexibility to scale multiple solutions across a few markets.  Additionally, our client-facing team has been extremely engaged as our organization pilots and validates their platform.

As we look to scale Jebbit across our broader marketing organization, cost scaling has become a consideration.  We're currently working with our client team to build a bespoke, sustainable model that behooves both parties long-term.

First party data is becoming increasingly valuable.  Jebbit is helping our business scale our consumer audience/data profiles and enrich our existing entries, helping future proof our 1P applications.

No code capabilities make it easy to stand up a unique experience for various audience segments. A/B testing capabilities allow us to iterate on the experience quickly and apply learnings across our site.

**What do you dislike about Jebbit?**

Our design team sometimes feels limited in what they can create. It would be great if they built out the design tools/builder with more capabilities. It takes a minute to learn the platform, and there are some minor bugs but the end product is well worth it!

We aim to have a more conversational/ human entry point to our conversion funnel and personalize the user's onsite experience. Jebbit tools allow us to gain audience insights and drive conversion improvement.

I like that Jebbit is constantly looking for ways to further optimize the experience - releasing new and enhanced functionality all the time! I like that they showcase other brands experiences as examples in their "news feed". The QBRs are also quite entertaining :)

For the most part, the tool is pretty intuitive but there are small nuances such as not clicking into a box in the right spot to move or add an element which can be frustrating.

The support team has a very fast response rate, is accessible, and gives actionable help. Our team needed a few things custom coded for our experiences, and the team was happy to build it out for us. Additionally, we needed a new product feature build, and the team created it within days!

It would be nice if there were a way to easily customize experiences myself within the UX. However, the support team is very responsive, so not a big problem.

Jebbit has been amazing to work with. The team is very helpful in finding ideas that work with your business, assisting with edits and helping to understand the performance of the experiences. We have had success in key metrics after bringing Jebbit on.

There are a few optimizations that could be made to improve the tool (they're minor) but the Jebbit team is always interested in feedback and they listen to our suggestions.

Jebbit has increased user engagement on our website and has helped our referral submission process. With both experiences, we can see all of the user's answers which gives us more insights than a traditional form fill.
