Great JD Tool **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2022 **What do you like best about JDXpert?** You are forced to have a template, which I truly appreciate as it keeps a consistent flow when building job descriptions. **What do you dislike about JDXpert?** If you are a "techie" type of person, you can easily get lost with the "behind the scenes" details in trying to perfect the ideal JD Template. it can become a bit overwhelming, but recommend upgrading to the Enterprise edition to have the support and help you need. **What problems is JDXpert solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a consistent "go to" tool when it comes to our Hiring Managers building their own JD's.
