**What do you like best about JDMS by HRIZONS?**

HRizons is an excellent and user friendly HR cloud tech company - they assist greatly with consulting services. I particularly like the success factors including employee central, recruiting, performance and career planning.

**What do you dislike about JDMS by HRIZONS?**

Nothing in particular, I find the program user friendly

**What problems is JDMS by HRIZONS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that Hrizons solves with respect to job description management revolve around a standardization of job postings/descriptions, improving the risk of non-compliance with workflows, and improving quality of job content and employer engagement.
