**What do you like best about JCL Hotel?**

I like the forecasting and prediction feature of JCL Hotel. It helps hotel administration to determine needful resources and time shift management according to the customer flow period.

**What do you dislike about JCL Hotel?**

Despite JCL's rich features and productivity, it lacks interactive and adaptive material design. It makes to feel legacy app of 90's. I love the simplicity of the application but also need to adopt the design principle.

**What problems is JCL Hotel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JCL is helping us manage hotel booking, forecasting customer flow, and reporting, allowing us to analyze monthly or weekly reports with the executive and plan for our marketing strategy. It's all in one software we look for.
