Anytime I needed help, they were quick to step in. I had a big list of job seekers to move over from my previous provider and they took care of it without any headaches. What I like most is that they keep rolling out new stuff, the custom filters they added made it super easy for employers on my site to search resumes by specific filters I chose. Cann 100% recommend Jboard, there is not a lot that needs improvements. Some small things we are looking forward to being implemented in the future: - Double Opt in function for newsletter for EU users - The translation function is great and allows localisation. Having worked on the backend of Jboard for the past couple of months, I can confidently say it's a great platform! From day one, the site proved incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. What sets Jboard apart, however, is the unparalleled support from their team – especially Bedros. Every single query I've had has been resolved within five minutes, and Bedros is consistently happy to go above and beyond to assist. I like that nearly everything is editable, giving us flexibility. The only thing I would say is that when you click back from editing one particular job, it bounces back to the first page of jobs rather than where you were before. However, I wanted more flexibility to customize the design of my site, which led me to switch to JBoard. One of the biggest benefits is how easy it is to customize the website layout and appearance. It's simple to use, which has saved me a lot of time, and I was able to create a clean, professional-looking site quickly. New to the job board space, I tried several technology options but struggled to find the right fit. While I had experience building sites and online marketing, I lacked knowledge in areas like job feeds and large databases. Over the years, I’ve hit roadblocks, but the team at JBoard has gone above and beyond to support me at every step. What I have like the most is their guidance, fast responses, and expert advice. I truly believe their support is a key reason my job board has successfully grown and monetized over the past year. The platform itself is easy to navigate and use on the backend. I especially like how I can manage my own aggregators and scraping with limited technical knowledge. The payment system is seamless and easy to use. I also appreciate the ability to add custom SEO, which is simple to configure. Setting up custom forms to collect specific data is straightforward, and the paywall option is great for collecting applicants. There are a few areas that could be improved. The checkout flow could be optimized for better conversions, as the credit card screen appears after the profile setup, which may cause friction. The design tools are still a work in progress, and I wish there was more data available on email subscriptions. However, I’ve submitted feedback on these aspects, and I appreciate that JBoard actively collects user input through upvotes and prioritizes improvements based on demand. I like everything about JBoard. I didn't need any coding experience; it is simple to use and easy to set up, and the support from the team is fantastic and super quick. In just three months, I have already had 1000 candidates sign up for my platform, I have jobs listed on Google Jobs, and I even have multiple pages ranking on page one on Google with basic SEO knowledge. I use the web page scraper tool to pull jobs in and from employers to give my job board vacancies for my launch. It was super easy to integrate with Zapier as well.
