"JazzHR is awesome! This ATS makes hiring easier."

What do you like best?

JazzHR makes recruiting easier! It's very intuitive and easy for the user to learn initially. Any time consuming tasks that you may have had to do with previous applicant tracking systems are eliminated by using Jazz. You can customize the system fairly easily by creating your own workflows, email messaging etc. It also merges profiles together if candidates apply to more than one role so you can see what they have been considered for previously. I also like the discussion feature in the system - it makes communication amongst the team regarding candidates seamless. Any recommendations I have had for the system have ended up on their product team's roadmap. I also like that JazzHR tracks all communications with the candidate amongst the team.

What do you dislike?

No complaints - JazzHR is my preference if I were to choose an applicant tracking system. Like any technology, I have run into the occasional bug, but the JazzHR support team is always on top of investigating anything that I flag to them.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It eliminates a lot of manual effort. When you post your role on the system, it will synch with other major job boards like Indeed so you don't have to manually post. You can also tell how your sources are performing - for example if you post to a job board, you can create a custom link and see where the candidate applied through & also where they ended up in the hiring process.

"Jazz Both Streamlines and Confuses the Hiring Process"

What do you like best?

Jazz is excellent, especially in the initial hiring stages. It is fantastic for posting your positions on as many job websites as possible. It is very easy to search for specific qualifications and important terms in Jazz; making the initial process of sorting through resumes much easier. Jazz also, in theory, is very helpful in tracking an applicant throughout the hiring process.

What do you dislike?

Jazz does have a few too many features. It can be a bit confusing, especially when you are trying to track applicants after interviews. It is imperative that your team all be on the same page about what features are being used in Jazz. Otherwise, it is east to lose track of important notes.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure that your entire hiring team is on the same page regarding which features of Jazz you are using. Otherwise, the process can become confused and important notes on job candidates can be lost or ignored.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Jazz makes it easier to find qualified applicants in a large field. It posts your positions on all of the major job sites, leading to a large number of applicants. It then helps you narrow these applicants down by helping you search for resumes with specific qualifications and skills. It also helps you discuss applicants with your team, even if not all of you are on site, and provides a good record of past interviews.

"Great product and integration"

What do you like best?

Jazz HR for G Suite is easy to use and very intuitive.

What do you dislike?

The only thing I don't like is that when you send an email through JazzHR, it comes from a crazy long email address and a few people have complained that it goes to their spam mail, but only a few. It would be great if it could come from my gmail account but still be recorded in JazzHR.

Seamless integration for G suite and everything is easily searchable.

What do you dislike?

I need a category for having reviewed a candidate but holding them for later.

"Great tracking system"

What do you like best?

I like that I can directly contact and organize potential new hires right in the system.

What do you dislike?

I don't like the reports in it. The reports cant be tailored very much until after you run them. It would be nice to narrow down what report you want.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have greatly increased our overall hiring speed. We contact applicants within a matter of minutes now.

"Love this tool"

What do you like best?

I implemented jazz (formerly Resumator) almost 4 years ago. I love how easy it is for your team members to come in and rate and leave notes on candidates. In our org we have recruiters and hiring managers so it makes it easy for them to work together

What do you dislike?

Not much honestly, the questions you can setup were rather limited but I haven’t revisited this in a while.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Make recruiting faster, this pushes out to many job boards for free with is a great perk.
