Beyond posting the job ad i have the ability to easily monitor candidates as well as to move them through the recruitment process alongside the hiring manager. My main dislike about JazzHR is how confusing the system can be to use if you haven't spent many, many hours using it or done some of the training. Many of the managers doing hiring only use the site to go through resumes and select ones they want to move forwards, but because they struggle to understand easily how to use the pages it can be difficult. JazzHR is easy to use and great for teams with multiple hiring managers. I can simply add a hiring manager to a job req, and they can sort through candidates, add comments, and suggest who should move onto the next steps.
