JazzHR only offers 1 number for the text feature and you do not receive an email when someone responds. You have to use the app or go back to the profile to see if someone responded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

JazzHR was super easy to implement. The software is pretty intuitive. They do have someone to support your initial setup, and then customizations are pretty straightforward. I love that a lot of the other software that I use connects to it, like Gusto, Criteria, and DISA Background Screening. This has saved a lot of time, streamlining the processes. There are a few things I wish JazzHR did better. I wish there was a default setting for rejections (like if I reject someone, automatically send a rejection notice in 3 days). Right now you have to manually select when you want the notice to go out. Also, when you do a bulk status change, you get the option to send a rejection notice immediately but not an option for sending it in the future. Not a huge deal, but something I have been able to do in other systems that I liked having as an option. I use JazzHR daily, all day long as we are doing a ton of recruiting. I still really wish that there was an option in jazzhr to make a sound notification for text messages without having to go to the external website for that feature for texts. I wish the user had more control about the appearance of advanced reporting. For example all of the statuses we have cannot fit on the page. We would have to abbreviate all of our status titles.
