JazzHR centralizes candidates into one place, which helps in organizing recruitment processes even though it offers basic functionality. It was a more cost-effective choice compared to other vendors we considered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
JazzHR’s functionality is quite limited and does not meet our expectations, particularly in terms of reporting capabilities. The offer letter system lacks customization options, which has caused recurring issues, and we’ve experienced multiple difficulties with both onboarding and the texting features. Customizing and integrating the career page has also proven problematic. In addition, the platform does not provide adequate privacy controls for resume sharing, which can expose sensitive information such as salary details and addresses. Overall, the system feels basic and rudimentary compared to other ATS platforms, lacking the advanced features we need. Integration with Paylocity was especially time-consuming, taking nearly two years to function properly. Key areas such as privacy settings, interview settings, offer letter configuration, candidate pipelining, sourcing, reporting, and dashboard visibility for job stages remain inadequate. Onboarding employees across different entities has also been challenging, only one entity is currently functioning correctly after a lengthy adjustment period. Ultimately, JazzHR’s functionalities have created more challenges than solutions, with cost-efficiency being its only notable advantage for organizations operating on a very strict budget.
