I like that it is easy to use & how much I can do with it. Beyond posting the job ad i have the ability to easily monitor candidates as well as to move them through the recruitment process alongside the hiring manager. This makes it convenient for me to assist in the recruitment process for managers who live in different states. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about JazzHR? My main dislike about JazzHR is how confusing the system can be to use if you haven't spent many, many hours using it or done some of the training. Many of the managers doing hiring only use the site to go through resumes and select ones they want to move forwards, but because they struggle to understand easily how to use the pages it can be difficult. These are also the people least likely to take the time to learn, so simplicity and ease of use is a key factor in their experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. JazzHR provides a place where I can post and review applications in a way that is more streamlined than some other systems, whilst also allowing me to share specific jobs with the hiring manager to ensure they also have oversight.
