JazzHR only gave myself and my other coworkers applicants for the first 6 months of our yearly subscription and then did not allow us to cancel our subscriptions so we paid over $1,000 per person for no applicants. JazzHR has helped us tremendously to keep track of the hiring process. I appreciate the automations and how easy it is to set them up. We were finally able to get away from paper and have streamlined our processes. Once the initial setup wad done and I had everything organized the way I wanted, it had saved so much time. We had some problems with “connectivity issues” often at the beginning. No real solution was given, but the problem eventually ended after several months thank goodness. I like the level of customization that I have with this platform along with having quick response from admin whenever a question or issue arises. I use this plat form every day - multiple times a day, and it is very easy to use. We switched from another ATS and the implementation was seamless. If you are a recruiter, or HR manager I would highly suggest this platform, it made my job much easier and I feel like I have only scratched the surface of all that JazzHR can do.
