The reporting features in the standard plan are very limited. It’s hard to extract actionable insights without upgrading, and I’d love to see a basic recruiting funnel and more customizable metrics included by default. The interactive and live classes that Jazz offers right at the beginning are GREAT for getting started. The on-demand classes and tutorials have made the transition to this platform a breeze. It simplifies the hiring process with personalized workflows for text and email, job postings, and job analytics to assess the effectiveness of your post. Its platform saves time and reduces the "noise" of unqualified or out-of-area candidates haphazardly applying to your job and being charged for it. It lacks advanced AI-driven candidate matching and seems limited in the integrations I’m using. It forces an odd offloading process, exporting candidates in a CSV report, requiring another app to transfer the data. While it’s designed to be a standalone platform, it needs updates to support all necessary features. Additionally, the pricing structure is vague and includes an auto-increase function—if you exceed your job posting limit, it automatically upgrades you to the next tier without confirming the purchase.
