JazzHR is easy to use and is already pre-built with options to help you keep the Recruiting process streamlined. Also helps you keep your applicants organized. This is a program I am in daily and got down very quickly. What do you dislike about JazzHR? At times, there has been conflicting information when posting has been pushed out to other sites, like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc. from the JazzHR Job Post. They keep removing necessary features and putting them behind paywalls. Several assets we had at the start of our plan were later changed and moved into a different pay tier. There’s also a limit on bulk emails, which makes it harder to use at scale. The offer letters feature feels inefficient and slows down the process. Before using JazzHR, I spent way too much time manually tracking resumes, sending follow-up emails, and scheduling interviews. Now, with JazzHR's automation tools and customizable workflows, I can quickly screen applicants, communicate with them at scale, and move top candidates through the hiring pipeline faster. I find it incredibly useful to manage candidate movement throughout the interview process and use the integrated email feature directly within the ATS system.
